Great condo! Plenty of space for a family of six (four teenagers). This condo is very clean and nicely decorated. My husband did have a bit of a problem with the Ohio State items around. He is from Michigan and a Go Blue fan. I loved it though being originally from Ohio myself. It was great to be so close to everything. The store right around the corner, Coligny plaza close by. Harbour town just a short drive away. It was great having all the beach supplies for our use. The beach is just beautiful!! Would recommend Frosty Frog Cafe in Coligny Plaza for a great frozen adult beverage. Don't forget the salty dog. The owners were very pleasant to work with. We would stay here again and would recommend this condo for your family vacation.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a tough time leaving Hilton Head. The condo had everything you need and the owners were very easy to work with, They were quick to respond to email and were always available by phone. The supermarket is within walking distance as well as the beach (10 minute walk). The condo also had a cart for your beach supplies as well as boogie boards that my kids learned how to ride while we were there. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable and a huge supply of towels. Coligny is an easy walk if you would like to shop or have some nightly entertainment. You must visit Sea Pines and explore the preserve to see some gators and visit Harbour Town to see people fishing for blue crab off the dock. South Beach Marina has the famous Salty Dog restaurant. We enjoyed the Hilton Head Brewery for the all you can eat crab legs for $23 and the pizza was very good also. Hincheys, British Pub, La Hacienda & Fuddruckers are all excellent restaurants and affordable. We spent most days at the beach then would end up at the pool till late evening. Rent the bikes......beach rides in the evening/morning were a lot of fun for the whole family. We did manage to visit the fitness center and the Van der Meer tennis courts on a regular basis also. The kids also enjoyed feeding the turtles in the pond out the back. Thanks Dan & Linda for a most enjoayable vacation at your condo and we are already planning next years vacation at Springwood.

We had a great time in Hilton Head. The owners were great to deal with. The condo had plenty of space and had all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay again.

My family stayed at this condo from 8/7/10 thru 8/14/10 which was a wonderful week to enjoy Hilton Head Island. There were 5 adults and 2 grandchildren and the space was more than adequate. We spent a lot of time at the beach and appreciated the use of your beach buggie, chairs, umbrella,etc... The walk to the beach was not bad at all. We rented bikes so most of the family road to the beach while my husband & I followed up with the beach buggie. The fact that you had a highchair was great! We were able to pack light because of your washer and dryer and it was used a lot! Please note - these owners also had a LOT of towels/linens. We only used the pool a couple of times but did enjoy the space. We were looking forward to enjoying great seafood and Hudson's and Steamer's filled the bill. We cooked a lot of meals in your condo and the kitchen was very adequately equipped. We took one day trip to Savannah. If you enjoy the beach and want a wonderful place to get away, Hilton Head Island is the place to go and we sincerely appreciate that your family gave us the opportunity to rent your condo for a wonderful week at the beach. We will be back!

Very nice condo for a family

My daughter picked out this condo for our little family beach week. My wife and I drove from Raleigh. My oldest daughter, her husband, and two kids also drove from Raleigh. My youngest daughter and her husband and their 9 month old drove from Asheville. We all made the drive in under 6 hours. The condo is a two story unit above a single floor unit. The condo is an end unit allowing for more windows to let in the natural light. The first floor contains a front bedroom with two double beds, kitchen, half bath, dinning area, and living area. There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The front bedroom has a queen bed and a king in the back bedroom. Linen and towels were supplied. Each bedroom contained a TV and a nice flat screen in the living area. Since all the wives are good cooks, they appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Good pots and pans, utensils, and appliances were available for use. There was even an professional waffle iron that was put to good use in the mornings. General condition of the condo was very good, my wife is a stickler for clean bathrooms and they passed the test. A washer and dryer are also available so you don't have to pack a lot of extra clothing to cover your vacation. We had a surprise when we found a highchair for the little one. There were two beach carts in the first floor storage area for hauling the supplied beach chairs and your beach equipment to the ocean. The beach is just a 10 minute walk from the condo. The location of the condo was great. A very short walk to the Bi-Lo grocery store which is in a small strip mall. Several restaurants are just minutes away. I highly recommend this condo for a family get together or several couples who want a beach getaway.

This was a most excellent condo for our group. The owners were very helpful even with the instructions left in the condo for steamed shrimp from Piggly Wiggly. It was excellent and easy. The only thing we all wanted to change was that our vacation went by much toooooo quickly. We were 6 adults and 3 children.... the 3 bedrooms with bathrooms were perfect... spacious enough and large beds for each couple. The condo had all the kitchen supplies, beach equipement,televisions to make anyone happy. The kitchen is spacious, and the half bath a perfect idea. We enjoyed the baby pool with the little ones and the large pool too. The walk to the beach is much easier than it appears on the mapand the beach is fantastic. One hour of tennis a day was also perfect for our group. The closeness to Caligny Circle fit for our walking, stollering, biking group. We even found Steammers at lunch time very enjoyable for the whole crew. I would recommend this condo to my friends and relatives in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for a lovely with vacation.

We had a great 3 months at your beautiful condo and felt very much at home there. Loved all the windows letting in the sunshine; Michigan winters can be so grey! Liked the large rooms and all the amenities. Hope to return to HHI again next winter and don't know of a place we'd rather stay.

I live on Hilton Head and love to entertain here but my house does not hold all my guests. I am so proud to recommend that my guests stay in this beautiful villa. My husband was in the short term rental business here and has seen the inside of many comparable units. We both would rate this villa superior as far as cleanliness, convenience to amenities and luxury goes.

Oh this is the prettiest condo I think I have stayed in while in Hilton Head. From the minute you walk in the door until you close the door to go home you have such a feeling of peace and tranquility. You feel like you are home with the ocean outside your door and fresh shrimp just down the street. It is just perfect!

What a beautiful condo! Close to the beach and so many other things...grocery, restaurants, shops. The first floor bedroom with it's own heat/ac was perfect for us. We couldn't have asked for more in the way of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Lovely view from back deck. I will definitely go back!
