When you step inside our vacation home, you know it is special. Squeeky clean, and very pretty. We decorate our vacation homes the way we like to vacation, our guests usually come back again & again. We set them up with many luxury and necessary items.
You come up the outside curved stairway to the entry, which puts You into the great room, it consists of the kitchen with granite counters and bar, the dining area, and the living room.
The master bedroom/bath/walk-in-closet is very large, with a comfortable king size bed, desk, 2 night stands and a flat screened TV. The walk-in-closet is big enough for a dressing room. The bathroom has a walkin shower, a spa tub, and private potty room.There are two additional guest rooms with queen size beds, each with their own TV's,DVD,VCR, large closets & room for comfort.
The kitchen has small appliances, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, wine glasses & everything is easy to find and use.
This is a new house. It is 1650 sq ft. With an open floor plan.
Our location is at the South end of town,in a very quiet area, with a lot of privacy, it's an easy drive to London Bridge, where you can stroll through the shops, rent a boat for fun, go out on a tour boat, take the ferry across the lake to an Indian Casino, have lunch or dinner at your choice of restaurants,or just sit and watch the water.
The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking.
Your comfort and enjoyment is very important to us.
There are ceiling fans in all the rooms as well as the outside patio.

This is a wonderful place to relax and get away from it all. Very quiet nieghbourhood, the house is execellent. My only regret is we couldnt stay longer!!Recommended for: Age 55+.
Owner response: We are in a quiet spot however all the activity you want whether it is boating or off roading is close by.

This house was great. Exactly what the vrbo ad described, well maintained, clean and game room was AWESOME for kids. My family is still talking about the house. Owner (Ramona) was the nicest lady; friendly, prompt, more than willing to provide additional information about the city and things to do and rental fee was appropriate for area and size of house. We would love to rent this home again!!!!!!!! Thank you for renting your beautiful home to my family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

A wonderful property, in every way. Booking was made very easy by the owner and I was delighted to enter this beautifully appointed house, with THE most comfortable beds and sitting room with very comfortable furniture. Kitchen, with every appliance one could wish for, and loads of little extra 'things' throughout the house,provided by such a thoughtful owner. A real plus for us, who like to sit out in the sun, was the lovely back patio area, which was completely private and had 2 very, very comfortable sun beds and such quietness, all one could hear was the occasional bird singing. We have to admit that although the area around and about the property had lots to offer, we stayed "at home" because we loved the house so much, and when it was time to vacate the house we didn't want to leave !! About the owner: Our son Rick built this vacation house for us. We wanted single level living with comfort and lots of amenities. We live and work in San Clemente California. We own a Century 21 office. with 75 agents, so getting away for vacation becomes very important. The house is furnished the way we like to vacation, so we can share it with other nice people that want to vacation in a home instead of a hotel.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Havasu City:
We chose Lake Havasu because of the fun activities available to us, whether it is a walk in the desert, taking the boat across the lake for lunch and gambling, shopping, or just setting and visiting with friends.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Dick is the Exalted Ruler of the San Clemente Elks Lodge. The lodge at Lake Havasu is a special place for us while we are at our vacation home.
