Location: Ocean Ritz, Long Beach, Panama City Beach Area, Florida North West, Florida, USA (Located on Front Beach Road near Edgewater Resort)
Accommodations: Condominium, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 4 Baths (Sleeps 10)
Welcome to paradise - This is a brand new facility in Panama City Beach - Ocean Ritz Luxury Condominiums. This Ocean Ritz tower sits right on the beach (between Ocean Villa and Twin Palms) with 24-hour security, covered parking, air conditioned elevators and a private swimming pool and hot-tub.
This four bedroom, four bathroom unit (each bedroom has its own private bath) has approx 2,000 square feet and another 450 square feet on the patio overlooking the ocean - on the 18th floor! What a view.
The unit has everything you could possibly need for the dream vacation – 6 beds, washer and dryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, 5 TVs (with DVD/VCR), microwave, patio furniture, stereo system, etc. The building is structured so that there are only three units per floor, making the vacation experience at Ocean Ritz much more private than most other resorts in Panama City. (You will not have kids running up and down the halls at this unit.) The Resort has a work-out room, steam room and sauna on-site (near the pool).
I cannot express how awesome this unit is, you have to see it to believe it. This is an ideal unit for a large family vacation, several couples vacationing together, baseball trips, cheerleading trips, etc. $100 cleaning fee and $500 security deposit applies to all rentals. I take very good care of my unit, and I think you will see that my rental fees are very competitive.
This is a non-smoking unit (OK to smoke on patio). Payment made via personal check, certified check or money order. You can email me or call me if you have any questions.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The Pan Handle of Florida is a unique part of the country. It is on the Gulf of Mexico like the rest of Florida, but because its farther north the weather is much more pleasant in the summer. Further, the beaches are far superior to the gulf beaches of Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana or Texas. That is why its called the Emerald Coast. And I think Panama City is the best city to vacation in of all the Emerald Coast cities (destin, ft walton, water color, etc.).
