The unit is very spacious with over 1200 square feet of living space. The decor is zen/spa, utilizing natural materials such as granite, slate, tile, wood, wool,wrought iron, and leather. Promoting a feeling of soothing relaxation and simple elegance. The unit has all brand new designer furniture, carpets, towels, linens, appliances, and utensils. The bedroom with the twin beds has beautiful antique furniture.
Recently both the outside and the inside of the building were completely renovated. This is the most spacious of the two bedrooom units and is on the second floor, where the views are breathtaking, wake up to a golden sunrise every morning. The windows are expansive and surround all the living spaces.
This beachfront property is in an ideal location in Pacific Grove. It is situated on Oceanview Drive, right across from Berwick Park - a big, open space with velvety green grass and giant old cypress trees, perfect for playing ball or just lounging under a tree with a good book. Also, a favorite spot for weddings and many other festive activities.
The coast-side walking and biking trail is just on the ocean edge of the park. On the trail you can easily walk to the outlets or world renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium within five to ten minutes.
The aquarium is on the edge of John Steinbeck’s historical Cannery Row, filled with boutiques and unique cafes. You are also within walking distance to the famous Lover's Point Beach and Lighthouse Avenue in downtown Pacific Grove, also dotted with great cafes and fun speciality stores.
There is a comfortable chase lounge chair in the east corner facing an incredible view, which is perfect for reading or just relaxing.
