  We stayed at this home May 30 - June 6, 2009 and the location was just right for us, very central to everything that we wanted to do in the Pagosa Springs area. The house had plenty of room for my our family including teenagers aged 17, 18 & 19. Friday we had hot air balloons almost in the back yard. We have already recommended this property to family members.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  This was a wonderful house with everything we needed. I really appreciated having spices, mustard, ketchup, pickles, sugar, ziploc bags, tape, sharpee, plastic bags, salt/pepper, towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap & so many extra things that you don't think about when you go on vacation. It was so nice not to have to BUY those items. They even had sleds for the kids to enjoy!! Loved this house!! It was cold when we got into it the first day but it warmed up really fast once the heat turned on. Very cozy with lots of room for the kids to spread out. Wish the living room TV was a bit larger & that it had a fireplace, but no complaints here! The rooms were large & comfortable. The living area, which included the dining area, was very spacious with room to play games, dance, watch tv & enjoy meals together. Very open floor plan! Loved our experience. Thank you so much!! We had a lovely visit!!

  Thank you so much to Kim for making our labor day vacation a fun and relaxing one. The house felt like home, rather than staying in a hotel room. It is a quiet, convenient location, with beautiful views of the lake and golf course. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the patio in the back was great to sit and eat breakfast. Thank you again for a wonderful landing pad. It's a terrific vacation home.

  Love this place. It's our second time to stay here. The owners are wonderful to deal with and the home is very comfortable and has all the amenities we want. Great kitchen, wonderful views, great wireless internet and very easy to find. Very comfortable for 4 adults, with room for more. Great access to all the area attractions. Thank Kim, Jody K.

  This place is wonderful. The home is very inviting and comfortable with wonderful views of mountains to the south and west and of course the unobstructed view of the lake across the street. This home has all the amenities we were looking for with a well maintained kitchen, wireless internet connection and just plain comfortable. The owner/manager is easy to reach and to work with.   Thanks so much for the wonderful vacation rental home! We had a great time, your house is lovely and the views are wonderful! We fished, hiked, and just enjoyed the surrounding area! Our kids had a great time and it was so thoughtful that you had toys and movies for them as well.

  We loved our 2-month stay at Kim & Michael's home. Though we have not physically met them, they are GREAT folks! The home is so comfortable and well "equipped", we felt "at home". We would still be there if Kim & Michael would have allowed a longer rental. We were there Oct & Dec 2009. We had sun & shorts weather, rain, fog, hail, snow, and 10 degree weather. We had whitetailed and mule deer within about 30 feet. We had skunk & racoon within 5 feet. From the porch, we saw red fox, gray fox, coyote, osprey, golden eagle, geese, ducks grebes, and a lot of other birds. We would go back in a second & stay as long as allowed.

  I've been meaning to let you know how much our daughter and family enjoyed your home in Pagosa Springs. Your home was the perfect set-up and location for the entire family. The boys really enjoyed the fishing pier across the street from the house and actually caught numerous fish! All in all, a wonder vacation for all of us. We rented a new townhouse (on the golf course) about a mile from your house but we both agreed that if we ever return to Pagosa, we would most definitely contact you in hopes of renting your place. We loved the setting , the lay-out of your home, the cooking equipment and the view! Thanks again!

  Our family, 2 adults and our 3 adult children, stayed at this house in February of 2009. It was a wonderful experience, the house is very spacious and has some beautiful views. It is located just a few miles from a good sledding hill and 35 minutes from some of the best skiing I have found at Wolf Creek, as well as just minutes from the hot springs in Pagosa Springs. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Pagosa Springs, it had everthing that we needed and then some. It is a beautiful property. We will probably use this as our rental home every year when we return to Pagosa Springs. Thank you Kim, you were wonderful to work with.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
