This riverfront home is located on an elevated location with stunning river, wildlife and mountain views with it's own private riverside beach. Three bedrooms, two full baths and extra large riverside patio make for a comfortable outdoor lifestyle. Full kitchen, two fireplaces one inside, one outside under the covered patio. Game room includes a billiards table, darts and various board games.
Just a 30 minute drive to explore downtown Seattle and 14 minutes to Alpental ski area. Activities include fantastic fly-fishing, world famous white water kayaking, mountain biking on thousands of miles of trails including single track, rock climbing, rafting, and much much more.
*Mt. Si, at an elevation of 4,167 feet, overlooks North Bend and is a favorite hike generally accessible year round. The four-mile hike to the summit climbs some 3,500 feet and affords spectacular views of Seattle, Mount Rainier and other Cascade peaks.
