This beautifully decorated, charming, first floor town house style villa is located in the hart of Harbour Town. There is King Size bed and a HDTV in the bedroom. We have a Newly renovated Kitchen with Granite Counter tops and a full size Washer and Dryer. You can drive right up and park your vehicle near the front door of the villa and begin your best vacation adventure ever.
The villa has one of the best locations in Sea Pines Plantation and is in the world famous Harbour Town. The villa is directly across from the Harbour Town Golf Links and Club House. It is also the closest villa to the Sea Pines Pool, Grill and Tennis Courts.
The villa has a partial view of the Harbour Town Marina from the dining room and patio. It is a short walk to all the restaurants, shops and superb waterfront activities of this world famous vacation marina - all in the shadow of the Harbour Town Light House.
The beaches of Hilton Head are a short shuttle ride in the Harbour Town Trolley. Explore the Sea Pines 20 miles plus bike trails via bike or in-line skates. The activities on Hilton Head seem to be endless. There is something for everyone to enjoy is this Great South Carolina Island.
Recent upgrades include a new Flat Screen Digital HDTV/DVD in the Living Room and a HDTV/DVD in the Master Bed Room. Also a IHome. We recently renovated the Kitchen, Dinning Room and Bath and added New Tile Floors throughout. We now have Free WiFi Internet.
There is excellent fishing from the Harbour Town Pier and the many Island Ponds.
We now are apart of Sea Pines Resort. Through Sea Pines Resort we can offer our Guests Free use of the Swimming Pools, New Fitness Center,and Tennis Courts. We vacationed in Hilton Head for 5 years prior to purchasing a villa in Harbour Town. We very much love the Atlantic Beach and Picturesque Sea Pines with the Gulf courses and Trails. We bought a villa in Harbour Town because we believe Harbour Town is the best of Hilton Head.

We are directly across from the Harbour Town swimming pool and tennis courts. You came walk right out the patio to the Yacht Basin with the many shops and restaurants. We are apart of Sea Pines Resort which provides our Guests with Free use of the Sea Pines swimming pools, tennis courts and New fitness center. You also get a discount card for discounts on golf, shops and restaurants.
