Next to deck is new outdoor h/c shower, all very private. Neighborhood beach area is less than 100 yards from front door. Fully outfitted kitchen with full-size washer/dryer (see amenities, below). Wonderful beach combing and sailing with no Cape traffic congestion! Many antique stores, Edaville RR is a must if you have kids, likewise the Go-Karts and Waterwizz Park next door in Wareham. Great seafood and sushi restaurants within 8 miles for the occasional dinners out.
