Location: Lake Club Circle, Lavonia, GA Just 2 min from I85 & exit 177 (home of Dads restaurant--great for breakfast).
Accommodations: 2500 sq ft, very easy access to I 85, Marina & boat ramps.
Considered one of the more exclusive areas of Lake Hartwell. This home is located on a quiet cove perfect for those little ones learning to ski and or for the avid fisherman. You may want to simply relax on our many floats or swing with a book. Some life jackets provided. As always you must watch children around water at all times.

There are two boat launches nearby for your boat or rent one from Harbor Light Marina just around the corner. Fishermen come to our dock to fish. Very little boat traffic in our cove, so you don’t have to worry about little ones swimming.

This lovely home has vaulted cathedral ceilings. 2 Large Great rooms for family fun and many games & great whirlpool spa. Great Lake Views from 4 of the 5 bedrooms, both great rooms, spa and deck. There is a full (BRAND NEW AS OF MARCH 2008) kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, utensils & spices. Linens, towels, TV, & DVD all included. New Washer & Dryer, BRAND NEW air conditioning & heat as of March 2008. The lower level family room has pool table/air hockey, bean bag toss, poker table with cards & chips, TV, books & magazines and three couches. The upstairs has a stacked stone fireplace in a 28 X 24 ft party room with games.

Grill out with our new gas grill. After dinner, jump in your boat for a lovely evening ride to enjoy the sunset or hop in our lovely whirlpool. It's a gorgeous tub with bubbles, lights, regulated water temperature and power jets. Lake has great flat water for skiing. Get up early and ski on water as smooth as glass. The trees have been trimmed up for a nice view of the lake.

Small pets are always welcome with prior approval. No smoking please.

Our area is not crowded so get ready for a most memorable time.

Several miles of road inside the park are great for bicycling. GumLog Barbecue is nearby. Shoal Creek Music Park and Shoal Creek Golf Center are only short drive

~Toccoa Falls: This awe-inspiring waterfall, 19 feet higher than Niagara, is located on the campus of Toccoa Falls College. A winding stream flows through the lower portion of the 1100-acre, wooded campus from the base of the 186 foot high falls. It is a popular campus retreat and tourist attraction. Open from 9 a.m. to sundown year round.

  • What a beautiful, wonderful experience, staying at Blair's house on the lake. Waking up every day and having tea out on the balcony, looking out on the water, while the woodpeckers, blue jays, cardinals and finches sang their songs to me. Canoeing out on the lake, now that the water is back! And cooking gourmet meals in the large and very well equipped kitchen. Then, ending the day with a soak in the hot tub. Perfect! I was there with my entire artistic team, but the house was large enough that we each had our own room, and never once felt crowded. I can't wait to return!

  • What a great time we had at Blair's house on Lake Hartwell! The home is spacious, clean, well maintained, and has all we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. The kitchen is awesome! We were able to comfortably entertain family we had gone to visit, as well as use the home as our relaxation station. The beds were comfortable, which was a great BIG plus! Blair is very pleasant and easy to work with. I think his description of the property is accurate and the price and terms more reasonable than any I had investigated in the area. We tried out one of his restaurant suggestions and found Siblings to be a very good place to eat, with charm to boot! Thanks, Blair, for helping to make our stay a positively memorable one!

  • The house is so beautifully situated, looking through stately trees to the lake. Everything is provided from a canoe, hottub, pool table, games, books. Bring yourself and relax. And the owner is very nice.

  • What can we say?!! The trip was fantastic! The house was absolutely wonderful. Blair is a great host. He called to be sure that our group arrived safely and found everything suitable. He even had someone stop in to be sure the dishwasher was fixed for us. He is very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about the area. This house is georgous! There was plenty of room for all of us and a good starter supply of the products we needed. You just walk right in and you're home away from home. We cannot say enough good things about this visit. The neighborhood is great and the neighboors waved from a distance. :) Great stay!

  • This was our second stay at Blair's beautiful lake house and the new kitchen was a wonderful surprise. We spent a lot of time there cooking, listening to music and just hanging out while preparing meals. We enjoyed swimming from the dock every morning and evening and skiing was perfect and close by the house. Blair is wonderful to work with, very accomodating and prompt with problems and return of deposit. We are 10 people and 2 dogs and never felt crowded. We had a fantastic vacation again and are already planning for next year! Thanks Blair

  • Wow...I couldn't believe the new kitchen remodeling...so easy and fun for a group to cook in. The house is spacious enough for a crowd but arranged so that everyone can have privacy as well. There were nine of us (three generations)and we didn't feel the least bit crowded. What a great place for a family get-together! Swimming, boating, etc. all great fun. Blair is such a neat guy--he does whatever is needed to make a stay so pleasant. We've been here before and I know we'll come again soon.
