Designed to take full advantage of the breathtaking views from nearly every one of the 34 windows, this 3-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage features two bedrooms on the second floor and a third-floor sleeping loft ideal for 2 children. There is also a spacious guest bedroom over the Carriage House without a bathroom.
You can leave the hustle and bustle behind on Islesboro which remains largely unchanged since the turn of the century. That doesn't mean you have to give up your amenities (flat panel TV, Wi-Fi, and washer and dryer) There is frequent ferry service to the island as well as a private water taxi and an airstrip.
Islesboro is roughly 4 hours north of Boston and about 2 hours north of Portland, Maine. Activities include sailing, tennis, swimming, kayaking, cycling, and just watching the glories of the natural coast.

off season $2000/week-$2500/week in Season with a 2 week minimum stay.
in Season weekly rate is $2800. Deposit of $500. is required. A little
more depending on number of children and pets. A deposit of 1/2 is
required to seal the deal. The rest is due the week before the rental
begins. Season is defined as between Memorial Day and Labor Day
weekends.
