In addition to these four bedrooms is a library which offers a twin bed with trundle.
Eighteen steps up a grand staircase lead to the second floor where you will enjoy panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The living room is stylishly furnished and offers a door to a large balcony overlooking the ocean. An exquisite dining area features seating for up to ten and also offers access to the second floor balcony.
The kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinets, a TV, bar for three, and a breakfast table for six. Off the kitchen is a state-of-the-art media room complete with reclining theatre chairs, plasma screen TV, DVD, and stereo with surround sound.
The third master suite is also located on this level and features a king-size bed, TV/DVD, and a private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. Next you will find a room with two double beds and a TV/DVD. This bedroom shares a bath with the seventh bedroom, which features a TV and a set of bunk beds with a pull-out trundle (3 twins total).
