Rented this condo with 4 adults for an enjoyable week. Owner is very responsive with great communication before/during our stay. Condo was well decorated, exactly like pictures portray. Felt more like staying at a friend's home, than a rental unit. The open floorplan with living, dining, and kitchen perfect for enjoying each other's company while cooking, watching TV, etc. The best part of this condo is the HUGE patio overlooking hot tub and largest of the 2 pools. Covered sitting area on the patio allows you to enjoy the ocean air, even when it's raining. Be sure to bring your own small charcoal grill, because the patio is large enough to use it, but no grill provided. The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops,tile floors, and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of pantry and cabinet storage for food,drinks, etc. Dining set will accommodate 6 at the table, but there is a bar/counter area with a few stools, perfect for kids to eat at or to have folks enjoy a drink while someone else cooks. Master Suite is huge with ex-large bathroom, complete with double vanities, tub and a shower. Better than most bedrooms people have at home! Doors lead directly out to the large patio. The other 2 bedrooms were average, but all have TV's, which is a nice touch. 2nd Bdrm has a queen bed with large dresser. 3rd Bdrm a twin bed, along with a queen bed, so this condo can easily accommodate 7 just in the bdrms. 2.5 bathrooms make unit comfortable for a fairly large size group, complete with washer & dryer gives you a lot of conveniences of home. The location is great and very secure. Unit is literally a block from the main center of Tybee shops, bars, and restaurants, and just across a parking lot from the beach. Very easy access to the beach and the Tybee pier. We walked nearly everywhere we went. Covered parking for 2 vehicles is included, and a gate code is required both for entry by vehicle and on foot. There's also an elevator right to door of unit, which is awesome when you're loading/unloading . Only a few things would improve this unit: WiFi access, (we were able to tap into a couple of networks) more wine glasses (we had brought some from home), and perhaps softer beds (a featherbed/mattress topper from home would work!) Overall great condo and we would recommend this unit to our friends and family and would consider it again if/when we return to Tybee. Enjoy this laid back little beach town!!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
