This beautifully equipped and maintained three bedroom townhouse provides amenities for guests of all ages: from the jogging stroller, booster seat, and portable crib for the very little ones, to sand toys, fishing gear, tennis racquets, play balls, a scooter, and five bikes with helmets for the 'big kids.' You'll find indoor board games for kids and adults, Legos and jigsaw puzzles, playing cards and, of course, a card (puzzle?) table and chairs to use as you please.
Kids enjoy the miniature picnic table and benches for dining alfresco on the front patio, and the toy kitchen inside for the budding cooks. Art supplies and a library of videos and DVDs can keep the kids (and adults)engaged inside. For trips to the beach, sand chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards are in the garage for your use.
The shuttle tram to the beach stops thirty steps from the front door, right by the fishing lake. The Aquatic Center, with Sea Colony’s biggest and newest pool, is 200 yards away. The Fitness Center, with indoor and outdoor pools, indoor basketball court, and well-equipped exercise room,is just 100 yards beyond that, next to the expansive new playground. Both are an easy walk.
A well-equipped kitchen features all the pots, utensils, and cooking tools that a serious chef would want. Tap water at the beach can have an off-taste, so both the refrigerator ice and water dispensers and well as the sink have filtered water. Young helpers in the kitchen have their own toy stove, range, pans, and tools.

The town of Bethany Beach itself,with its boardwalk, shops, and public beach access, is a short bike ride away. Too much beach gear to carry on the bike? The town has plenty of parking close to the beach, too. Or sit back and ride the tram from just outside the front door, right to the beach.
The Sea Colony Resort offers recreational activities for everyone in the family. The world-class tennis facility has 34 indoor and outdoor courts, with many lesson programs and competitions. Sea Colony’s private guarded beach has an outdoor swimming pool just over the dune, plus an indoor pool just steps away. Ten swimming pools and six kiddie pools are open to all Sea Colony guests. A web of paved walking and biking trails criss-cross the resort and lead into town. For anglers, one of several stocked lakes is never far away.
