This is a great, in-town location within just three to four blocks of EVERYTHING the wonderful town of Harbor Springs has to offer! Just two blocks from great shopping such as Hildas, Howse's Fudge, The Outfitter, etc. Restaurants include Turkey's, the New York, Pier, the Pointer Room and more. The ***BEACH*** and tennis courts are only three to four blocks away. A short drive takes your to ***SKIING***AND***GOLF*** at Nubs Nob & Boyne Highlands, Little Traverse, Up North, and more.
The house is a comfy home with two bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs, and two full baths. The house CAN sleep up to 8, however, because it is smaller, we prefer to rent to groups of 6 or less. We have updated the home to include a new furnace, fresh paint throughout, new carpet upstais, white-washed wood floors on 1st floor,added a new wrap porch, etc. Nothing fancy (thus the rent is much lower than nearby homes!), but very accommodating!
We have a great yard for children to play, and sidewalks for bike riding. There are very nice walking trails at the end of the street as well. You wont soon forget an evening stroll up the bluff to watch the sun set. Go the other direction and look at all the beautiful boats at the city pier. Our street is not a through street, so traffic is minimal. Most of the homes on the street are year round residents, so it is very quiet.

Why the Owner Chose Harbor Springs
When I started looking for a house I knew I wanted it to be on 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Street. I got 3rd and I like it the best because this side of 3rd Street has the biggest lots - great for children to play on + when we are ready we can do a big addition to the house

I can't decide if we like being able to walk everywhere the most or if we like hanging out on the front porch the most...hmmmm...you decide!
Owner's Map of Harbor Springs
I grew up visiting Harbor Springs in the summer and always found it a magical place. As an adult, I moved to Virginia and vacationing in the mid-west was too far, so I began going to the Outer Banks of North Carolina or Virginia Beach - it never felt quite right to vacation in a place that was so hot that you couldn't even walk on the sand! Not to mention that I missed the sense of community that Harbor Springs offers. My children and I love this house and hope you will too! I have tried to make it very livable for you and your family - the big porch is by far its best feature! I hope you enjoy evenings on the porch as much as we do!
