This two master suite, two and a 1/2 bath condo has been created as a quality retreat for our guests. This spacious 1200 square foot condo provides elegance, comfort, privacy and an easy 200 step walk to the sand, the Castaways Restaurant,or a lounge chair in the shade at waters edge.
Air conditioned, or with the sliders open and the fan twirling, the tropics provide the perfect place to relax, read, watch TV/DVD or Wifi the internet.
The grounds are lush, the tiki torches burn at night, the water is 78-82 degrees and your condo embraces you in cool sheets, fluffy towels, fully stocked kitchen if you are into cooking and many unique restaurants nearby. Lahaina is 10 minutes, Whaler's Village is 5 minutes and Black Rock is a walk on the beach. Come and enjoy our creation. Scroll down to where is says "CLICK HERE" to see a movie ciip of our beach. Our pool is one of the most beautiful pools on this stretch of Kaanapali Beach. It is one of the newest as well. It has "grass shack" shade unbrellas, walk up bar, a child pool (or keiki pool), brand new jacuzzi, water feature with lava rock and fern plantings.

- The white sand beach is 200 steps from the lanai. This beach is a repeated #1 winner of "Best Beaches in the World". Kaanapali Beach is in a unique area sheltered and great for swimming and snorkeling. You can lounge on the lawn next to the sand, swim in the hugh pool, and book any of the water activities on site. The Castaways Resturant is on-site at the edge of the water for early breakfasts and sunset dining.

Owner Description
This property is owned by two sisters and their husbands and one friend. We choose to create a warm luxury environment for ourselves and for our guest/renters who would appreciate it as we do. As owners we come often and because of busy work
lives we choose to rent it when we are not able to be there. We live in Southern California but long for warm water and great swimming as well as wonderful restaurants and a gorgeous beach.
Why the Owner Chose Maui Kaanapali Villas
We bought this particular unit to allow us to provide a place to share with another couple or with our children and grandchildren. Two bedrooms and two baths give a sense of being together while have privacy. We wanted a sense of closeness to the ocean and it had to be on the ground floor so that we had a sense of a single house where we can walk out the lanai and over to the water. With two outdoor lanai's we can read quietly and eat outdoors enjoying the warm evenings not always available in Southern California. Wh have never been sorry.

The unit had everything we needed to cook, to play and to relax. We loved being on the ground floor - and everything else about our stay. We can't wait to come back. This vacation was wonderful! Maui Kaanapali Villas was a beautiful place. The condo was nicely decorated and up to date on everything. The two master suites made it nice for two couples to stay together, but to also have their own private area. The pool was nice, never overcrowded. The beach was clean and just a few steps from the pool. The grounds of the Villas was kept clean and gorgeous everyday. This is definetly a place I would recommend to anyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We love MAui and have stayed in probably every place from Kapalua to Kaanapalin. This has been the best ecperience ever. The condo is elegant. It is close to everything going on in Kaanapali and is quiet. A great place to decompress.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

We just returned from a wonderful holiday vacation at the Kaanapali Villas. This condo was exactly as it was described on the site. The property is well maintained and condo has everything you need. The condo is a perfect size for a family of 6. We enjoyed cooking on the grills provided on the property. We had several light meals and drinks at Castaways. Be sure to ask for Hugo when you are there. He was very helpful and offered top of the line service. The only complaint we had was with the front desk. Check out time was 11 a.m. and our flight didn't leave until 4:00 p.m. We asked if we could borrow towels to use until around 3:00. This was not even an option and the gentleman was quite rude about it! It would have also been nice if the property had a an area to get a quick shower before you leave. Most flights don't leave the island until the afternoon. We made the best of our last day and really enjoyed our time at this Villa.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

Our family visited Maui in January 2008. This condo was perfect. We loved the set up of the open family room/kitchen. (My brother and his family rented the condo next door and it did not have the same open feeling). The Villas property was wonderful as well. The beach is awesome, they just finished remodeling the pool and were working on the grounds, but was not noisy or it didn't seem to bug us. The location of the condo in the villas was great, we could unload our things right at the door. Having boogie boards, snorkeling gear and beach chairs was a HUGE plus for our kids, 5 and 8 years old (my brother's condo was not stocked with these). Also the free Kaanapali trolley was great for my mom who went shopping many times while we were playing on the beach! We definitely will be back again in the future! Thanks for opening your condo up to our family...it helped to make this one of our best Maui vacations so far!

Our check in experience was great. Thankyou. This condo met my families needs perfectly. (My husband, 2 children, 5y.and 8yr) and my mother. Your condo is set up wonderfully came with everything we needed. Boogie Boards and other equipment was a real plus. (My brother and his family were next door and had none of these amenities. When my husband, Mom and I were looking for a place to stay on Maui we knew we wanted to stay at the Maui Kaanapali Villas. The resort is located on a gorgeous beach with beautiful grounds. The condo looked very nice online but nothing compared to the way it looked in person. The floor plan is very spacious which made our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed having use of the beach chairs and snorkeling gear in the condo. If you stay here I’m sure you will enjoy your stay as much as we did.
