  Fabulous place that met our families needs perfectly. The living and covered deck spaces were ideal for us. The location near the state park kept the crowds low on the beach yet we were close to our favorite restaurants on 30a. Had problems with the cable and the dishwasher but these were minor issues. We will be back!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  Though it started off a little rocky, once we did get the keys and walked thru the door of this property it made all of the check in issues go away...this property was BEAUTIFUL inside!!! Loved staying there, the decor was beautiful with all high end..top of the line everything, bedding, surfaces, appliances, dishes...this place was just beautiful....and the location was great!!! A few steps from you door and at the beach, the location was great and uncrowded on the beach. A quiet, relaxing setting. Loved it! Even the days it rained my kids didn't mind - the property has a chalkboard and as a family we played hangman, tic tac toe and my son even drew us a sorry board and played. Loved this property and would highly recommend!!!!

  The location is outstanding especially for those looking to get away from hustle and bustle of everyday life. The pictures on the website did not do the view justice. The property was well maintained overall (exterior getting close to needing new paint in spots) and all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen make it extremely classy. We really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere in Seagrove Beach.

The downside to owning a beachfront property is the harsh elements placed on the outside facade. The entire building is scheduled to be painted this fall.

  The pictures on this site didn't do the property justice....very well kept and updated with new appliances - perfect for a family of 4 - our kids loved sharing a room with their own flat screen TV and it couldn't have been more convenient to the beach (when it says it is 'on the beach', it really is!) Just far enough out of the hustle / congestion of Seaside but close enough to go visit it (I ran to it twice and its about 3.5 miles away) - would highly recommend bikes if you have them....would definitely recommend everything (except for the Hurricane Oyster Bar) - will hopefully visit again and thanks!

  We have been vacationing in this area for years and One Particular Harbour was by far our most favorite beachfront rental! It was truly the most relaxing and comfortable condo and the location on the beach was incredible. The decor throughout the house created a warm and welcoming feel, everything was new and very clean. The bed was so comfortable and the linens nice and soft. The view from the master bedroom and living room were amazing and we really liked having the 2 balconies off each floor - really nice! We had our morning walks on the beach, watched dolphin play and saw all kinds of sealife. Easy to rent Yolo boards or kayaks and take lessons or go on tours. We rented bikes and and visited each of the little communities. The location was ideal, very close to the Grayton/Seaside area as well as Alys/Rosemary area so not only was Seagrove wonderful but it was easy to enjoy all of 30-A as well.

  Our family had a wonder time staying in your fabulous home over Spring Break! Your home is beautiful, relaxing and has perfect views of the Gulf! Your upgrades, color scheme, furniture and interior design make "One Particular Harbour" a wonderful retreat. Thank you for making the reservation process so easy and pleasant. The Thompson's are looking forward to our return trip this summer! We will tell all of our friend's looking for a vacation on the Gulf Coast, about your home. Thank you for sharing such a fantastic gift!

  Love walton Dunes alot. Have been coming here since the mid 90's. But even more,we love what you have done with this unit. After 22 years in the military I know clean and orderly and I would not stay anywhere that is not! This place has all that and more.Everything has a place and the place has everything. High end and top shelf. If Tommy Bahama and Ralph Lauren were to meet for a sunset cocktail,this would be the place.And the decor looks good too! Can't wait to return again and again.   I have stayed here twice now and it is by far my favorite place to be at the beach. Fantastic view and access to the ocean, short distance to grocery store, resturants and spirits.

  Our entire family was thrilled with your beautiful town home during our stay July 25-August 1, 2009. The outstanding renovation along with the inviting decor made our vacation feel extra special. And the view from the balcony was unbelievable! We hated to leave but we definitely plan to come back!
