This town home sits directly on the sugar white beach with a gorgeous view of the emerald waters. Watch dolphins and beach activities from your deck or even the sofa! Approximately 2 miles to either Seaside or Rosemary Beach. This home is 3 floors with a first floor entry and under unit parking for 2 cars.
The second floor consists of a great oceanfront den with a sleeper sofa and a fantastic balcony right over the dunes with steamer chairs, a well equipped kitchen with new KitchenAid stainless appliances and stunning granite counters, a dining area with room for 6 and a half bath. The views are as good as it gets here. At the end of the road is Deer Lake State Park with a lake that also borders the beach. This park is unspoiled natural Florida beauty at its best and is a short walk away.
