This year round Cape Cod vacation home offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat. Located on a quiet street it is convenient to all of the amenities of the charming Town of Chatham and Cape Cod. It is a short walk (3/10 mi) to beautiful Pleasant Street Beach on the Nantucket Sound and is also a short walk (5/10) to Forest Street Beach. It is 1 mile from the famed rail trail bike path and just a 5 minute drive to downtown Chatham.
Graciously furnished, our home provides a perfect spot to kick back and relax. There's room for everyone to find some quiet time, with two living rooms, 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 stereos and a beautifully landscaped yard and spacious deck you can decide where to kick up feet up.
A/C units in the bedrooms and the 2 living rooms makes the home comfortable even during those wonderful hot beach days! The home does have wireless internet too!
Many recent updates from upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, new paint, to an new and larger upper deck make this home a great choice for family and friends.
