This 1550 square foot Del Webb designed home has so much for you to enjoy. It starts with a stylish and comfortable great room, ideal for entertaining, reading or watching TV on the new, high definition Philips 42" set with surround sound. Most of the furniture is from Crate&Barrel, a very nice standard of quality. The kitchen features top end appliances and integrates nicely with the dining area and great room. For casual meals, drink and conversation, there's a bar around the kitchen with neat bar stools.
There are two bedrooms with very comfortable, top-of-the-line queen beds. The master has a lovely ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet. There is a full, 4 piece bathroom beside the guest room. The den or office has a recliner chair(great for reading), large desk, leather, swivel chair, high-speed internet service; and there's an inflatable two person mattress/bed, good for any extra overnight guests.
The back patio is a real delight. It features fine patio furniture, built in bar & gas BBQ, soothing water feature, fire pit, putting green and mature landscaping. The patio faces west, the better for you to catch some glorious sunsets. There are sun screens and a misting system to help you tame the sun, as needed. At the front of the house, there's another dining area facing east so you can choose just how much sunshine you want.

- There are four beautiful, on-site golf courses at Sun City Grand and two state-of-the-art fitness facilities. Two outdoor pool complexes and one indoor. Pickleball, bocce ball, bridge and dozens of special interest groups, exercising, gaming, drama, dance are available at Sun City Grand. Renters will need to purchase an Activity Card from the Community Association Office to get access and golf discounts for the many activities. The cost is $125 per person and this is good for the full time of your rental lease agreement. A photo copy of your Rental Agreement must be presented to this office in order to purchase cards. Kansas City Royals, Texas Rangers and other major baseball teams have winter/spring training & games in the area.

and electricity. Note: at least one renter must be 55 years, or older.
Jan-March .. $2700/mth,; Apr - $2200/mth.
May-Sept .. $1400/month, plus utilities; Oct .. $1800/mth
Nov-Dec .. $2100/month - including utilities
There is a security deposit of $1000 due at time of booking.
First month's rent due 2 months in advance.
Minimum rental period is normally one month.

I am happily retired but my wife has a good job and enjoys working a few days per week. We like to golf, hike, bike, curl, ski, play pickleball, bridge, swim, read, cook and socialize with friends. I'm active in Rotary and enjoy working on various community programs. Most of the year, we live in Kelowna, BC which offers an excellent lifestyle, a great blend of business, recreation, culture and sunshine. It's the best small city in Canada.
Why the Owner Chose Sun City Grand
We still love to ski and enjoy winter sports in Canada. However, as we get older, we want to spend more time in warm weather and in an active community. Sun City Grand has dozens of special interest groups which have appeal to us for the future. We think this is about the best community of its kind in the USA.

We really enjoyed our stay in Arizona!! Your home was very comfortable,well equipped & clean. The patio with it's waterfall was so relaxing in the evening. We really found it to be a vacation home away from home. We definately would reccomend it to our friends who want to visit the great state of Arizona. Staying in a Sun City was really the way to go. We used the pool and enjoyed the beautiful golf courses. Hugh & Marilyn, you were a pleasure to do business with. Thanks so much, we really made a good choice. Judie & Eddie
