This well appointed vacation home has everything you need for a great time with family and friends. The main floor features a spacious living room, a huge kitchen with ice machine, double ovens, five burner cooktop, and large center island. A real treat is the dining room table that will very comfortably seat twelve so that everyone can eat together. There is a small deck off the kitchen for your morning coffee and a large screened-in porch and open porch off of the dining and living rooms. There is also outdoor dining in the screened-in porch.
On the top floor there are five bedrooms including two master bedrooms with king size beds, their own private bathrooms and sharing a private balcony. The other three bedrooms sleep an additional seven guests in twin beds and share two other bathrooms.
The ground level features a large deck with a picnic table, lounge chairs, and a boat dock. After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and then enjoy a game of horseshoes in the side yard. You can also do some crabbing or fishing in the canal. If you are boating, the canal will lead you to the Little Assawoman Bay.
It's a five minute walk to the beach or to our local shops where one can find pizza & subs, a gourmet market, bait & tackle, and gifts.

What a great beach house! The views of the bay/canal and the sunset will truly take your breath away. The location of the house is perfect for a fun-filled vacation -- it's a 2 blocks from the beach - clean,spaces & "semi-private" beach. The bay/canal side is quieter and more relaxing to enjoy beautiful sunsets. There is an outdoor shower to get clean after the beach, a deck and BBQ grill in the back. Few local business & small restaurants are walking distance from the house. Short ride to OC, Md, & even shorter ride to Bethany, DE. Amazing location... Our vacation was a little different since we had our wedding reception for 80 + people at the beach house. We spend the week prior to the reception in the house to set up the tents, chair, tables, etc. The back deck was a perfect sunset setting for our dancing floor. The owner of the house treated us like family he was always available and gave us a lot of suggestions including what became our wedding photographer and and essential part of our special day. The owner and his neighbors are very close which will make this house your home away from home. They were always helpful in the preparation for the big event and actually joined the celebration during our reception. This property is highly recommended to anyone looking for a week's vacation or planning a small event, you will sure get what's offered and lots, lots of extras. .•:*¨¨*:•.Great House-Awesome Owner-A++ Neighbors.•:*¨¨*:•. This home was perfect for our family! Not only did it sleep 11 but the dining room table was big enough for us all. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, beautiful location, and the owners were excellent to deal with.

This is a lovely home in a charming neighborhood of canals. Our family from 3 states met here for our Thanksgiving feast. It has a wonderful kitchen to work in with all the dishes and utensils one could hope for (including a double oven). The dinner table seated our 11 quite easily and the adjacent living room offered comfortable lounging space. All this and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach which we made good use of in the cool but beautiful November weather. Kid toys made available by the owner kept our 7 to 12 year olds quite busy during indoor time. We couldn't have asked for more.
