My condominium offers not only breathtaking island views of the Ali wai Canal and Koolau Mountains, but also provides wonderful guest accommodations at an affordable rate for paradise found. A sizeable studio with extra large lanai(closed March-July 2008) The unit was completely remodeled in 2006.
Kitchen includes maple cabinets, granite counter and two-burner cook top, microwave, coffee maker and full size refrigerator. All new furniture include TV and DVD player with movies. Two queen sized beds and dinette set inside and out. Also beach goodies like boogie board, ice crest, beach chairs and mats. Building Amenities include: Community Laundry, Swimming Pool, Recreation area, Sauna, Security guard.

Why the Owner Chose Island Colony
I purchased this property because it really is Centrally located in Waikiki, its 2 blocks to the beach, two blocks to the International Marketplace, just 3 blocks to the new Beachwalk at Lewers St. Cheesecake factory is 3 blocks as is Duke's Barefoot bar!!! Yeah this the place to be! and because of the extra large Lanai its like 10x12 one the largest you'll find in Waikiki its great for relaxing after a long day out exploring or your morning coffee. Your really going to enjoy it.
