Why the Owner Chose North Fort Myers
We are in a quiet, quaint part of the Fort Myers area, actually an "island" as there is a waterway that circles the area. You cross one bridge to get on and another to get off. The condo itself is very spacious and beautiful with a very large lanai area.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
You can walk to the golfcourse or to the grocery store or bicycle thru the area without any traffic. There are a lot of wild birds, turtles, even an occasional manatee in the waterway just outside your door. Close to Historic downtown Fort Myers, with resturants and theatre. Close to Manatee Park, the Edison-Ford Estates and also Fort Myers Beach.
