This exceptional 2 bedroom 6th floor Long Beach Resort condominium features oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and both bedrooms. No one has to choose who gets the beachfront bedroom! The living area and both bedrooms are oceanfront. It is decorated in a well appointed, West Indies décor, and has a spacious and private balcony. This classic retreat offers a 1400 square foot floor plan. We want to insure you have the perfect vacation home.
This vacation rental very comfortably sleeps six, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom. The dining area seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen with a breakfast bar for three. The well-equipped kitchen includes all white on white appliances, built-in microwave, dishes, etc. Each bath features a large oval marble tub and double sink vanity.
It is located on the sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. This exceptional location is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. A Walmart Super Center is one minute away for your shopping convenience. From your private balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets.
Also available at Long Beach Resort are three pools (including a 6800 square foot lagoon pool with water falls and two heated pools), 3 hot-tubs/jacuzzis, "The Hang Out" poolside bar and grill, two all weather tennis courts, jet skis, parasailing, sailing, umbrellas, and chairs.

Why we own and rent a condo? We established a family vacation tradition many years ago, and because resorts and rental agencies rarely reserve a specific unit, it was difficult to insure the quality of our accommodations. We discovered that renting from an owner allowed us to see pictures of the specific condo we were renting, and we found much better accommodations for less money. We eventually decided to purchase a vacation condo and take the quality a level higher. This unit is our second home and eventually we hope to retire here. We are selective as to who we lease to as it is important to us and to our future guest that the unit's integrity be maintained. We take extreme pride in providing an inviting, relaxing and romantic oceanfront vacation condo. We believe that vacation memories with family and friends are real treasures of life especially in the right setting. That is why we selected a low-density, (just six units per floor), oceanfront condominium rich in amenities and in an ideal location.
