Our El Zalate Condominum is a beach front paradise. We are on the 2nd floor in building 2 which is closest to the beach. Every room is custom decorated and all open onto the large terrace with a magnificent panoramic view of Palmilla. The terrace is furnished with chaise chairs and sofa for resting. Also table and chairs for outdoor dining. A large Weber gas BBQ grill. Make sure you bring your binoculars for whale watching Dec thur April.

You are a short walk away from the world class surfing at Zippers. and a small market and excellent restaurants. Only a 5 minute drive to a mall that includes a full supermarket. Downtown San Jose has a lot to offer and is also just a few minute drive.There's an on site medical clinic and wireless internet.

Master bedroom has a king size canopy bed. The second bedroom has 2 double beds. Two full baths. Washer and dryer. Well supplied kitchen. We also have board games DVD'S and beach towels.

  • We spent one week with our two kids at the beginning of the year and we loved it. The condo is very comfortable and furnished with taste. The sight on the ocean waves and Palmilla point is very beautiful. We found El Zalate nice and quiet, close to shopping and with best corridor beaches at minutes. We saw turtles etching their eggs on the beach the last day... Magic!

  • We just spent Christmas in this unit and loved every moment of it. The view and surroundings were absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone travelling in the San Jose area. We can hardly wait to make a return trip. For now we can only dream of the beautiful deck and view from there.
