"Casa-At-Last" is a small, private, intimate, couples only resort where we will make you feel you have truly come "Home At Last". We are located on the lagoon side of the peninsula. Nestled amongst six lushly landscaped acres are four beautiful guest houses. Each house is built of local hardwoods and thatched roofs with hand painted sinks and local tile. All are furnished with high quality linens, towels, mattresses, and feather pillows. We have a large sparkling freshwater swimming pool where you can sit in your own private palapa and enjoy a cool tropical drink from the fully stocked swim-up (honor system) bar. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is available poolside or in the privacy of your room. Enjoy stargazing from the Hot Tub.
We are not located on the beach however it is short, two minute walk away to the oceanfront park. The many miles of beach in this area are quite virgin with vegetation to the shoreline. There are few houses and even fewer people.Back at the resort a stroll over the mangroves on our 285 foot boardwalk will lead you to the Placencia Lagoon with breathtaking views of the Cockscombe Mountain Range. Here you can fish from the dock, watch the Manatees and Dolphins play, or just take a siesta in our hammock.
