This home was perfect. They had many things in the home, that normally I would have had to purchase at the grocery store upon arrival. The location is really great in the Sea Pines arrea. It was very close to Harbortown and a great bike ride to the Sea Pines Public beach, and the South Beach area. We love Sea Pines, and now love the Greenwood Forest area!

We loved the house. It has every thing you could possibly need, and many things I have had to purchase upon arrival at other locations. The owners do a wonderful job of having everything you need. The location is perfect. It's a short distance to Harbortown, and an easy bike ride to the Sea Pines Public Beach and South Beach. (But don't tell anyone...or we won't be able to rent it again!)

We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years, every July. Began renting 3 years ago because we outgrew staying with our friends and wanted to be able to bring our dog. We are returning here for our 2nd stay this July. Susan is awesome to work with and the house is perfect for our vacation needs. Everything you could want is provided. I love the screened porch and it was perfect to entertain our friends and grill out. Greenwood Forest is shady, quiet and located close to every place that we frequent, so close to the bike path. Highly recommend!

Our stay at 4 Pine Court was a delight. This was our 1st visit to Hilton Head -- and we can't wait to return -- have already booked a return trip in November. Susan (the owner of this rental property) has carefully thought about every possible way to make her guests comfortable. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen; the bed linens & towels were very high quality; and the setting of this home in Sea Pines offered a quiet, serene place to "live" -- yet..... all the fun & excitement of the Island was within easy access. Thank you, Susan for providing such a fantastic rental home!

We were very comfortable and enjoyed getting to know Sea Pines. Especially liked the biking, the beach and George the Alligator!! We saw an owl of your porch which was a thrill. Great to be able to include our dog too!

We so very much enjoyed our vacation and your house was lovely. After a day of fun and sun, it was so nice to have your comfy home to relax in. This was our first trip to Hilton Head but it certainly won't be our last. Thank you so much.

We had a great stay at the house! Everything was great, the house was wonderfully clean, we loved the screened in porch, and everyone loved the comfortable beds. The weather was great during our stay, although we had some adjustment to do with the heat since New England is still rainy and in the 50's most of the time. It took a bit used to the 90's!

We have stayed in Sea Pines many times and this was the best location and cleanist rental we have ever stayed in. The owners have really gotten the decor right to make you feel right at home. Flat screen tv's, wireless internet and up to date furnishings. The screened in porch is wonerful for reading and watching wildlife. We will definatly be returning in the near future. I highly recommend this property.

We are frequent visitors to HHI and have rented many nice properties, but this is one of the best and we highly recommend it. The updated home had all the amenities we desire when we vacation--comfortable beds and bedding, nice ensuite bath/closet, very well-appointed kitchen, and great outdoor spaces. The furnishings and TVs were new, the Wi-Fi service worked flawlessly, and there was a nice library of books and games to enjoy. The home is in a small neighborhood off the main streets which was nice for walking our dogs and enjoying nature. The beach and Harbor Town are a short bike ride away, and the neighborhood has a walkway to the back of Sea PInes Center if you want to buy a paper or grab a quick meal. The neighborhood pool, playground and tennis courts are well-maintained. The owners are very nice and respond quickly if you have questions. We definitely plan to book this property for our next stay.

4 Pine Court is a wonderful gem tucked into the middle of Sea Pines. The attentive owners focus on the right things to make our extended visit very comfortable. We stayed Sept-Nov 2008. The home is nicely decorated, the furnishings very comfortable. The beds are great, both the mattress and the linens. The electronics are what you would want, digital TVs and wireless, at home. The screen porch is a bonus either morning or evening. This is a wonderful spot to spend a vacation, and well worth the vacation dollar. We were very pleased at the end of our stay. The owners anticipate what is important and do a great job meeting and exceeding expectations!

What a great vacation location for my family! The ranch layout of the home was suitable for everyone in the family, the kitchen was spacious, the laundry/mudroom was handy and the huge screen porch a wonderful bonus! The house has been updated and though it is not super fancy, it is well stocked and more than adequate. There is plenty of storage, 3 nice tvs and a cabinet with new games. We loved the central location which is not too far from the beach ( an easy bike ride ) and it was great being in an actual neighborhood: I felt comfortable letting my kids ride their bikes around and they found friends to play with at the neighborhood and playground. The only thing that might not appeal to some about this home/location is that it is quite woodsy...I personally like to escape the sun to a cool house, so it suited me, but if you want bright and super sunny, it might not appeal.

We had a great time at Hilton Head and your home. It was great and so peaceful back in the woods. You have a very nice home and it was more then we expected. The location was very convenient. Everything went so smooth and Dan's parents really loved their first visit to the east coast. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. Esther and Dan

Susan and Tom Lamaster have made sure that their home is comfortable for their guests. It is attractively decorated and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and located near Harbour Town and the beach. The screened porch is a big bonus and a great place for grandchildren to play, even on rainy days. The 3 months we've been here have flown by. We look forward to spending our winter here again next year.

In an era when quality customer service is impossible to find and where a vacation rental often comes with surprises upon arriival, our experience with Beverly as the owner's rental representative could not have been better. The property was exactly as described. She responded to calls and emails immediately and she was a willing trouble shooter although none was needed. Her suggestions were on target. The fact that she lives in the neighbohood is a real plus. Her attenion to detail insures that the property will be perfect for your needs. Betsy Flanagan Blacksburg,VA.

What a treat! We loved our stay at 4 Pine Court and Sea Pines. The spring weather was just perfect, although we love summer at Hilton Head, too. The Greenwood Forest pool and tennis court are so nice, and we walked around the neighborhood almost every day. This house was perfect for our dog, Bonnie, and she had a "ball", too! The beds were soooooo comfortable and the location was just perfect. We hope to be back in the fall! Thank you!!

What a great vacation. We loved the house, the beds were all new and the bedding was top quality. We spent our days riding bicycles on the beach for miles, took long walks on the trails, shopped at the local outlet stores, and found time to rest as well. The local nightlife was fun, and many different restaurants to choose from. Lots of room in the living room plus a nice big screened in porch to sit and have coffee in while looking at nature. We encountered several deers (close but not too close), saw an aligator in a local pond, and lush vegitation. The pine trees meet up with the sand and the location of this house is only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Harbortown was alot of fun as well. The house was well located to all the activities. I will definitely be back!

Charming home located within walking distance to all activities. We rode bikes all over Sea Pines, and even on the beach! Our vacation included a short trip to Harbortown and we found time, of course, for shopping at local shops and off the island (ladies, a huge outlet center about 20 minutes away). The weather was cool but nice. We saw many deer walking around and it was truly a beautiful setting. The pictures are pretty accurate, but brand new beds and bedding, even a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. We loved the screened in porch. I can't wait to come back again for another visit.

We just spent six weeks enjoying our stay at 4 Pine Court. The home is so nicely appointed..had all the right added amenities to make our stay just about perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped--we like to cook. Extra beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. to make purchasing and packing unnecessary. Susan has truly made it a "home" away from home. Can't wait to return.
