The views are incomparable from the balcony at this 22nd floor beachfront condominium. Views of the Beach. Views of the Sunset. Views of the island, and the island lights at night. You have to see it to believe it. Our favorite time of the day is just before sunset when my wife and I take our glasses of wine to the balcony and watch the brilliant colors as the sun goes down.
Convenience is the key to this turnkey condominium. Just steps to the beach and all this waterfront location has to offer - swimming, shelling, watersports, or just sit in a beach chair and read a book. The views up and down the miles of beach are also spectacular. You will frequently be able to see dolphins as they play or feed just off the beach.
