The Studio is warm and comfortable, and you'll feel right at home the minute you walk in. Being an end unit, it is one-third larger than neighboring units, and there are two extra windows.
It has lots of wood, and the entry, dinette, kitchen, sauna, vanity and bathroom areas are all tiled. Dimmable ceiling lights throughout allow you to create the relaxing atmosphere you want.
Plantation shutters on the breezeway windows let in light while the frosted finish on the windows maintain your privacy. The full-sized kitchen has granite tile countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances, and overhead shelves add to the open, airy feeling. The dinette has overhead lighting and a bistro table with seating for four.
The bathroom vanity has a matching black granite countertop with a large surface area, an attached hair dryer and a charcoal glass vessel type sink with a single throw faucet. Underneath, there's a front-loading washer that will hold 12 pounds of laundry and a 220 volt dryer that will dry your clothes quickly.
To the right of the vanity, the bathroom has an oversized, single-person jetted tub, with a built-in heater to maintain the correct water temperature for as long as you care to soak.
To the left of the vanity is the cedar sauna. It's big enough for one person lying down or two people seated, and is hot enough to cook away all of your aches and pains.
