Golf Villas J-2 is a new, luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath sunset view residence that overlooks the lava-lined ninth fairway and green of the famed Mauna Lani South Course.
The new Golf Villas are located next to 49 Black Sand Beach, between the Francis I’I Brown Golf Clubhouse and the entrance to the members-only Beach Club (we provide access cards to this private beach). A secluded and low-density complex, the Golf Villas stand apart, offering superior location, design and views.
There are fewer units in this complex when compared to all other condo complexes on the Kohala Coast, which includes the Mauna Lani Resort and Waikoloa Beach. You can feel the difference at the Golf Villas.
This luxury villa features custom-designed tropical and Asian interior, including gourmet kitchen, two plasma televisions, and a spa shower and soaking tub in the master suite. The well-appointed lanai with built-in grill is furnished to enjoy meals, golf views and beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. There are very few street lights, so the star gazing is extraordinary.

We chose Mauna Lani for our vacation home because it's a great place for our short- and long-term holidays. The whole family enjoys the Golf Villas' unique location and layout. We golf every morning; snorkel and relax at the Beach Club every afternoon; go out to great restaurants and shopping in the evenings; and visit with our friendly neighbors every chance we get.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love our condo and enjoy our perfect location: a quiet spot off the main street with no neighboring building to the south, and only fairway, lava and the ocean to the west. Our family enjoys spending time on the lanai after a day at the Beach Club. We grill, eat and relax all evening watching the sky go from blue, to pink, to orange, to stars. We also love our property manager who fills our kitchen with food and libations before we arrive. Ask about this special service and you too can avoid grocery shopping!

Once we took our first trip to the Big Island in 2003, we were hooked. We then realized that owning a home would bring us back more often, and would allow us to share this piece of heaven with others. Now we split our time between home in Marin County, skiing at Squaw Valley, and Mauna Lani. A good life in balance!
