One week minimum rental... non-event rate is $1000/week + $500 damage deposit
Special Event Rate is $2500-$3500/week + $500 damage deposit.
50% down confirms your reservation.
Damage deposit is refundable less a $150 cleaning fee.
Reservation deposit is subject to partial or full forfeiture if reservation
is cancelled within 30 days of arrival time for non-event weeks and 90 of arrival
time for special event weeks.
Additional charges may apply for more than 6 persons.
