Overhead fan in covered Lanai, poolside gas BBQ for alfresco dining with two outside tables & chairs with plenty of comfortable lounger's.
Master bedroom, king size bed & sliding door to the pool. Large en-suite with separate bath & large shower cubicle with two further downstairs bedrooms, one Queen one Double bedroom, both sharing a bathroom.
Elegant and comfortable Formal Lounge and Dining Room with Stereo Radio & CD player with ADDITIONAL Family Room with pool & pond view, large 60 inch Cable TV, HBO & DVD player with a library of films on DVD for children and family entertainment and a Breakfast Nook with seating for six also overlooking the pool.
Fully equipped gourmet Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with FILTERED icemaker, waste disposal, toaster, coffee maker & sandwich maker.
All pots pans glass & plastic ware (for the pool area) are provided, as is cutlery, dish cloths, hand towels, bath towels & bed linen, Laundry room, washer & dryer etc.

Two themed bedrooms with twin beds both have connecting doors into a shared "Jack & Jill" style bathroom. Our home is protected by a security alarm system door bars on the sliding doors and a safe for use at our guest’s own risk.
Five minutes to the Disney Theme Parks, 15 minutes to Sea World, Wet & Wild, etc. Twenty minutes from Orlando International Airport.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
Pool and Spa Heat £95 per week or $147 per week.
For bookings of six (6) nights or less, please add £60 or $93 cleaning charges to the Price.
Booking Deposit is £250 or $350 with the balance payable eight (8) weeks before arrival.

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your home in June 2007. The home was very clean, furnished well and in a great location. This was our 10th trip to disney and one of the best. This was a great house for my extended family (myself, wife, son, all four grandparents and a brother-in-law). There was plenty of room so we never felt like we were stepping over each other. Even after sub-40 (F) degree nights the pool stayed warm and heated. The house is close enough to the parks to come and go quickly but it's far enough away to actually feel like you're "getting away" from them at the end of the day. The owners were very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this villa in June 2009 and had a wonderful time. The villa had everything we needed and more!! This was our 6th trip to Orlando, but our first stay at this villa and was the best for amenities and location, Disney within 10 mins. We were a party of 3 families, 11 bodies in all and there was plenty of room, even when you wanted a quiet time!! Would highly recommend

Your home is beautiful and I want to thank you for letting my family and I spend our vacation in it. My children loved every inch of the home. From the playroom to the the pool. They were thrilled all week. All the directions and literature you sent me were invaluable. I couldn't ask for more. You made the week easy and enjoyable. I hope next year we will be able to stay there again.
