**Brand New for 2006.** The accommodation is fully air conditioned throughout and consists of 1960 square feet of living space. The villa is situated on a large plot and can easily accommodate 8 people plus an infant. The large Master bedroom suite has a Queen size bed and large walk-in closet with ample hanging space and very spacious en-suite bathroom. The second master bedroom also has a Queen sized bed, large fitted closet and its own private bathroom. Two further bedrooms, both with twin beds and fitted closets share a third bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with 70+ channel cable TVs. Hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
High speed, wireless, broadband internet connection is provided free of charge for guests wishing to use their own lap-tops.
The living room is equipped with a 70+ channel cable flat screen TV and DVD/VCR. A formal dining area compliments this room.
There is a second lounge/family room at the rear of the villa overlooking the pool. Large comfortable sofas and a further 70+ channel cable flat screen TV make this room a great place to relax after those long days at the theme parks. A further DVD/VCR is installed, together with a hi-fi system and Playstation 2.
The breakfast kitchen is fully fitted with ample cupboard space and a breakfast bar with swivel bar chairs. Additional appliances include kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender and all the dining/cooking utensils you will need. The separate laundry room has a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer.
The informal dining area comprises of extending table and chairs and leads through sliding patio doors to the magnificent fully screened, heated swimming pool. (Heating recommended Oct-Apr at additional cost)
The shaped pool is 28 feet long by 14 feet wide and has an attached spa. An easy-to-use timer switch controls the bubbles in the spa. The pool is regularly maintained and is fitted with automatic cleaning and filtration equipment. Remote-controlled, multi-coloured underwater fibre optic lights make relaxing in or by the pool in the warm Florida evenings a wonderful experience.
The pool area is ‘cool-decked’ so that you don’t burn your feet, even on the hottest summer days and the fully enclosed pool screen enables you to sit outside without fear of bugs and beasties! The deck area is fully equipped with quality outdoor dining furniture, recliners and loungers – perfect for al-fresco dining and entertainment.
The villa also has a fully equipped games room. Stools are provided, together with a portable radio/CD/cassette player and a large floor fan is provided for your added comfort.
The villa is beautifully carpeted/tiled throughout and furnished to a very high standard with brand new high quality furniture, fittings and equipment.
Please note that although smoking is not permitted in the villa, ashtrays are provided for use in the pool area.

We just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the villa. We all had a fantastic holiday and loved the villa. It was perfectly situated and within easy reach for all the local amenities. The BBQ was there waiting for us when we arrived, however the pool was not heated but this was rectified straight away when we called to collect the safe key from the management company. We also found the book with all the restaurant/ show ideas a really good idea and paid a visit to a couple of the restaurants and also used the contact details for the Arabian Nights show (which we all thoroughly enjoyed). We would definitely recommend your villa to family and friends and would love to go back in the future. Thanks for everything Amy, Barry & Family

Had a fantastic time here! The house was wonderful! Can't believe how much people complain. Gees! They actually had to buy toilet paper; whoop-dee-doo! Overall, GREAT place :-)Besides one of the TV's not working, I have nothing but great things to say as it was an EXCELLENT bargain. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything.....now it's back to Cleveland and a bit of cooler weather. BRRRR :-(

We enjoyed the house very much. It was beautiful and had everything we needed to accomodate 2 families with teenagers. Nice location to the parks & fast food places. The house was great!! Our only disappointment was the amenities. We have stayed at several houses, on even mini vacations (4-5 days) and found the amenities to be never a problem. The house lacked the necessary items that a week long stay with two families needed: for example, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom (we had to buy our own) 2 trash bags for a week, and no coffee or coffee condiments. These are pretty standard for a vacation house. HOMEOWNER'S RESPONSE. We take all comments seriously and guest satisfaction is very important to us. We have taken steps to remedy the issues raised.

Great house, lots of room for two families. Was a little disappointed that the pool heater was broken when we arrived. However, it was fixed the next day so we could enjoy the pool for the remainder of the stay. 'It is a cool house'

We all enjoyed the villa so much. The house is spacious with so many extras. The kids loved the game room and the pool. What a nice vacation home you have created! It was so comfortable and so well put together. Every comfort, so tastefully done and lots of fun. In fact, our boys enjoyed it so much that, while at Disney World, they kept asking when they could go home to swim in the pool and play in the game room! Thanks a lot!
