Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with queen bed and full bath, washer and dryer location and guest lavette. Off the living area is a sundeck and off the dining area a screened-in porch.
The second floor has two bedrooms, each with twin beds and a full bath. The house has central air conditioning and each bedroom contains a ceiling fan. The property is minutes from area beaches, fifteen minutes from Newport, a half-hour from Providence and forty minutes from New London.
