Great condo for our "end of winter" trip to the South

We rented this condo for a month in late March and April of 2011 (and have it rented for next March and April as well). The owners are wonderful to work with and were so helpful when the refrigerator broke (they replaced it the next day)!! The views are wonderful from the bedroom and balcony. The beach is very quiet and not crowded at all. This is the quietest condo I have ever stayed in and we were there over spring break. Our daughter, husband and family came for one week of our stay and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is so well equipped...all we needed to bring was our food. The electric grill on the "back" balcony was a bonus. We used it quite a bit while we were there. The condo is close to restaurants and grocery stores. The staff at the condo were so friendly and polite. We can't wait to go back again in the spring of 2012!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

My family and I would like to thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We had an awesome week even though the weather was not so cooperative a few of the days!The view is gorgeous from the tenth floor and we were so excited to see dolphins on several of our days there. We also were very impressed with how pristine the complex and grounds are kept. We had a wonderful vacation and will remember it forever!!

Thanks so much for the use of your lovely condo. It was indeed quite large, both inside and on the balcony, and quite upscale and charming. And the kitchen was better stocked than my own! I especially appreciate your suggestions for restaurants and carry out. I wish I were there now eating shrimp on your balcony and drinking a frozen drink. The view from the living area and the master bedroom is very nice with a full ocean view. We liked the fact that the swimming pools were located on the beach side. One was partially shaded for those who might have had enough sun. The other one was a lap pool which was good for my daughter who swims laps. There was alot of space to sit either in the sun or shade. And we thought it was nice that there was another deck for sunbathing as you are walking to the beach. It wasn't crowded at all when we were there. The beach is lovely and much larger than the other resorts. With the security and the covered parking, we could not have asked for a better condo. And the location with a restaurant across the street and a grocery store in close proximity is so convenient. We hope to return sometime soon. Thanks again!

What a lovely condo, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the facilities and landscaping on the complex grounds are wonderful. This is the perfect vacation location, close to stores and restaurants but in an area that is not overcrowded. Thanks for sharing your comfortable beach home with us.
