Mountain Village is home to the Telluride Golf and Ski Club, great pubs, fine dining and shops in an upscale scene. Home is minutes from free Gondola that gives a breathtaking entrance into
Telluride.
For those who are not familiar, Mountain Village is a very upscale community with multi-million dollar homes nestled in the mountains just above the Town of Telluride. No rental cars are needed here because Mountain Village also provides a free cab-like service called "Dial-A-Ride" as an amenity to homeowners' guests in this community.
Just call the service up and in a matter of minutes a driver will arrive to take the family, skis, mountain bikes, etc., to any location in Mountain Village, including the Mountain Village Core and free Gondola entrance to conveniently access Telluride.
This vacation spot truly is an amazing area and has become an exclusive hotspot for both families and groups looking for a great time. We had 12 of our family members in the home for 5 nights in October. We had a great stay, the house thuogh not fancy was really comfortable and great for the 3 generations of family. The kitchen was well equiped, the dining room table was a great gathering place, the beds were very comfortable and the view from the deck was spectacular. To the right was the large hill with herds of elk in the evening and a fantastic sunset. the view to the left was the sunrise in the morning. The hot tub was great also. The fall colors couldn't have been more beautiful. Thank you for a great stay.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
