A major credit card (Visa, MC, Discover) is required for all unit rentals. We also require a 50% non-refundable security deposit to hold your reservation. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival (along with the damage deposit). If it is a last minute reservation (less than 4 weeks away), the full amount must be paid at once with either a credit card or cashiers check. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover) or personal checks. We rent week to week during summer months and prefer a Saturday check in and out. There is a three-night minimum stay during other rental periods.
