"Isle Be Back" is located in the popular East Beach neighborhood on Seventh Street, a few short blocks from the Old Coast Guard Station/Maritime Museum. You'll find it an easy 1 1/2 block walk to the beach or a 1/2 block to the marshes. Local restaurant favorites, like Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's and Chelsea are an easy stroll up Ocean Boulevard. Isle Be Back is a great location for biking to the Village or exploring other parts of the island too.
This cozy home is fully furnished with a comfortable decor that just screams "WELCOME" from the second you walk in the door. The large kitchen, with plenty of counter space has a full stock of utensils, dishes and glassware and includes: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, can opener and coffee maker. The open great room/dining area is bright and spacious and is steps away from the recently renovated pool and surrounding wood deck. The den has a pull-out sofa, as well as a desk and computer if you just must get in a little work during your visit to the Golden Isles. The second bedroom has adorable twin beds set in a beach theme, while the master bedroom features a queen bed, an incredible art piece that is guaranteed to bring a smile, and the Southern Sky constellations dotted on the ceiling (visible at night only).
When you have had enough of the beach or find yourself stuck inside on the rare rainy day, we have provided for all of the comforts of home: games and puzzles for adults and kids alike, as well as an extensive paperback book library and selection of VCRs and DVDs. You will also find beach chairs, pool rafts and toys, & crabbing nets for your enjoyment in the carport closet.
Whether you want to take a dip in the pool, wash off the beach sand in the outdoor shower, or sip a glass of wine on the deck under the stars, we are certain that this is the place for you. As you cross the causeway from St. Simons heading to parts unknown, we are sure you will be shouting "Isle Be Back".

Our Three week vacation on SSI was one of our best! We truly enjoyed your home! We did not need half of what we brought. "Isle Be Back", kayaking, sailing, and bike riding on Jekyll Island were our high points. We have walked on many beaches and we will surely return to one of our new favorites!
