Stunning Beach House only two years old. Decorated beautifully with ceramic flooring through out and carpeted bedrooms. Spacious with sitting area and bar area. Large 1600 square foot deck on front, back and side all particularly covered with table and six chairs. Lower with concrete parking for four vehicles and large shower with hot and cold water. Sitting area w/ TV also. Dead end street great for children with bicycles, playing ball, etc.
Kitchen/Dining: Totally furnished with refrigerator, ice maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Equipped with plates, cups, glasses, bowls, saucers and utensils. Complete set of cookware and crockpot. Small appliances include coffee pot, toaster and toaster oven.
Living area: 32" TV with DVD and games hookups, sectional sofa with recliners on both ends.
Bed/Baths: Sleeps seven people. Master bedroom with queen bed, closet, TV, separate entrance to deck and master bathroom with tub/shower toilet and vanity. Second bedroom with full bed, closet and TV. Third bedroom with bunkbeds (full on bottom and twin on top) TV and wardrobe.
Cleaning: Cleaning products including built in vacuum are provided for you to clean at your departure. In the event the unit has not been cleaned a portion of your deposit will be withheld to pay for a cleaning service.
YOU MUST BRING: Your own linens (sheets, towels, etc.) Bath soaps, Paper products including toilet paper and paper towels.
All guest must register with Ocean Lakes upon arrival and obtain a Parking Pass. This pass is $3 per day, per vehicle.This fee is paid directly to Ocean Lakes.
SORRY: We DO NOT allow pets in our home. NO SMOKING inside the home.
