The newly renovated Windsor Place Building has added a large children's pool with a mushroom shaped fountain. Brick walkways and a beautiful exterior entrance way also enhance the design of this building.
This lovely, one bedroom oceanfront villa has a fully equipped kitchen with tiled floors and a washer and dryer off the kitchen area. The breakfast bar has two bar stools and internet setup for your convenience. The glass top dining room table seats four.
Enjoy dramatic views of the Atlantic Ocean, watching the boats sail by, while sitting in your living room or on your balcony. Featured in the living room is a queen sized sleeper sofa, matching love seat and two extra chairs for comfortable seating. It has an HD Flat Panel TV in the living room and the bedroom. Each TV also includes a digital and Showtime package.
There is also a DVD/VCR player in the entertainment center. Walk through your sliding glass doors, and enjoy nature from your balcony where the table seats four comfortably, and you can relax on your recliner with a glass of wine.
Your master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, Flat Panel TV, newly updated private bath with jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in rain shower and hand-held shower for your convenience. Also, there is a shower seat, and the granite vanity has double sinks. There is a sliding glass door off the bedroom, which leads to your balcony, connecting to the living room.
Swim in your oceanfront pool or relax in the hot tub. Poolside also includes restrooms and showers. Just a short walk over your boardwalk and you will be enjoying the beach. Windsor Place is within walking distance of the Hilton Resort and Arthur Hills Golf Course. A bike path that runs behind the villas provides easy access to the various amenities in Palmetto Dunes. Dear Friends,
Originally from the Philadelphia area, we had thought about purchasing a home at the Jersey shore until we came to Hilton Head. It took us only three visits to buy our Windsor Place villa. We loved the fact that even coming out of the bedroom and looking in the mirror, we could see OCEAN. We have now relocated to Hilton Head as of Oct., 2009, and we are living our adventure on the beach just a short distance from Windsor Place. We hope you will love Hilton Head as much as we do.

I had the pleasure of staying in this villa for six months, the winter of 2009-2010. Kathie & Rich are wonderful people, who I have become friends with over the years. They live close by, and will handle any property issues that crop up in a timely fashion. Since I stayed there, both bathrooms and the kitchen have been renovated. I took a tour of the property recently and it looks great! The master bath, especially, has been dramatically improved as compared to other one bedroom units in the Windsor complex. They now have a huge walk-in shower (which the pictures show quite well), that replaced the small original unit, and were able to keep the jetted tub as well. The newly finished kitchen renovation includes expanded cabinet space and a larger, more usable breakfast bar than what is standard in a one bedroom Windsor unit. The first floor location, near both the elevator and the staircase, make getting in and out a breeze. If you are unfamiliar with Hilton Head, I think that you will find this section of Palmetto Dunes (Leamington) to be exactly what you are looking for. It's very private, and the beach here (mid-island) is the best on Hilton Head. You can walk to the golf course (Arthur Hills), or ride bikes to Shelter Cove for shopping and dining very easily from here. Kathie & Rich are great landlords, and I would not hesitate recommending their place to friends of mine. In fact, I have done so on several occasions. If a one bedroom meets your needs, I doubt that you will find any place nicer at a similar price. Do yourself a favor and call or e-mail them today. You can thank me later.

This rental was beautiful it looked like the pictures. The owners were very accomodating, they gave us ideas of where to eat and what to do. The master bath was just renovated and it is great. The owners explained the location and it did not dissappoint, close to the pool and beach. The rental was very clean, sheets and towels were provided which is helpful when you come from far away especially if you fly. We would highly recommend and plan to come back ourselves. The Palmetto Dunes community in general is in a great location on Hilton Head. We liked it alot. Thanks so much.

We stayed here the week before Memorial Day for our first visit ever to Hilton Head, and the condo is impeccable! The owners are very gracious and were wonderful to work with. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The condo is well laid out and nicely decorated, and also very conveniently located. The first floor was nice to have as we had our 2 1/2 year old with us. The two pools are also very nice, and the zero entry pool is nice for little ones. We absolutely fell in love with this place, and look forward to returning again as soon as we can. We highly recommend staying here-you won't be disappointed! It was our home away from home!

Good Morning Just a quick note to let you know we had a wonderful week at the beach and Karen has your keys prepared to drop in tomorrow’s mail. We really enjoyed staying in your condo and found it to be just perfect for us. Also THANKS SO MUCH for the use of the items in the beach locker. The rolling beach basket is worth its weight in gold when it comes to taking things to the beach for an all day adventure, and not having to pack beach chairs from home was great! We tried out a couple of restaurants that were new to us, Frankie Bones and Kenny B’s. Both were wonderful! We also saw in your guest book that you purchased a unit at Windsor Court. As I mentioned earlier, some dear friends of ours have a unit in WC North, it is a great complex and I know you love your new condo as much as you did/do Windsor Place. Again thanks for sharing your beach home with us, the rental experience has been wonderful and we had a GREAT time. As you know we are 20+ year veterans to HHI, so I am sure we will be returning. Perhaps we can rent from you again at some point or meet you guys on the beach to say Hl. Take care and please let us know when you receive the keys, they should be there mid to late week. We stayed here in August and it was absolutely wonderful!! Very clean and quiet, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Beautiful and private location, perfect for our family. We would love to stay again.
