  We absolutely enjoyed our stay in your condo! It is beautifully furnished and has a gorgeous view!! The oversized balcony was a great place to have breakfast and enjoy your coffee each morning! The only suggestion I would have is for a better mattress in the guest room. When I slept on it I would wake in the middle of the night with severe pain in my hips and back!! Could just be me but I would end up on the couch which was much more comfortable!! But all in all, we definitely had a good time and will probably be back next year!! Sure hope so!!

If we are not there, we are taking advantage of the seasonally reserved beach chairs and umbrella. The view from either place is truly unbeatable. We agree that the mattress in the guest bedroom may be due for replacement. It is a somewhat firmer mattress than most and may not be to everyone one’s liking. I like it, but Lynn feels the same way about it as you do. Therefore, we are going shopping for a nice luxurious pillow top mattress similar to the one in the master bedroom; and like all the other great attraction of Panama City Beach (incredible restaurants, shopping and family entertainment), it will be there waiting for your next visit.   The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The check in and out process was very simple and efficient. We loved the huge balcony. We would use this condo again!

  My husband, son and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The decor and furniture are lovely and the entire condo feels comfortable and welcoming. We liked the location because it was near stores and convenient to restaurants, shops and Pier Park, but not in a super-crowded area. The entire property is secure and feels safe. One of the best perks is covered parking. No more hot vehicles in the summer! If and when we return to Panama City Beach, we will definitely check to see if this condo is available. Thanks so much to the Easterlings for allowing us to stay in their very nice condo.

  I spent the last week at this condo and it is beautiful, convienant to anything and everything, Security is great, I cannot say enough good things about this condo. The weather was not the best but we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. The Decor is stunning - whoever decorated did an awesome job. It is the perfect decor, relaxing, peaceful, beautiful. The balcony is like none other. It is big yet still a perfect view of the ocean. The was one of my best vacations ever. The owners are very pleasant and have everything so organized with check in to check out. I was very impressed with the overall experience. This is one place you can't go wrong with....no regrets

  This condo is wonderful! Everything is clean, beautifully decorated and centrally located. The condo owners are very easy to work with and maintain open communication throughout the process. I highly recommend this property.

  We had a great relaxing week and absolutely loved everything about this condo! Close to everything, large balcony, beautifully decorated, floorplan and the view! Couldn't get over how beautiful the ocean water is here! One morning sitting on the balcony drinking coffee we watched dolphins swim by, priceless! The whole complex is very clean as is the condo, the elevators are fast and the people very friendly. The beach chairs are an added plus. We are already planning our vacation to stay here again next spring!!!

  Very Clean/Beautifully Decorated/Beautiful Sunset Views/Spacious Condo! Clean and well maintained property. Office,Maintenance and Secuirty personnel on sight very pleasant and helpful too!! By Far our nicest stay in PCB.. Definitely recommend to all. Having exclusive use of your own beach chairs definitely a plus in my boook. Very Easy to work with Owners through the reservation process. Location, Location,Location!!

  The Condo was relaxing, clean, confortable, cozy, refreshing, beautiful view, I can't say enough about this great hot spot. The view from the balcony was out of this world. My family and I enjoyed every moment of our week. The condo provided all the conviences of a home away from home. The Ocean Villa was very well behaved and well kept. I felt safe and secure here.

  I highly recommend this condo! We spent a week there and had a fabulous time. The furnishings and decorating of this condo are top notch. The construction and maintenance of the building and grounds are very nice as well. We never heard a sound from anyone beside, above, or below us ( I consider this a huge plus). Staff was nice and friendly when we would see them. They do make people obey the rules of the building (another plus for me). I loved the parking across the street with the walkway over the street. Beach chairs and umbrella included with rental ( another plus) This condo is a end unit which I also liked. The condo was spotless when we arrived, not a speck on any floor or spot on any of the dishes. The dishes and utensils by the way were very nice (not cheap Wal Mart stuff ). I loved the Bose Home Entertainment system and large television in the living room ( you usually don't see Bose systems in rentals). Good access to the beach from the pool area. We will definitly call Bob and Lynn again to stay there in the future. Thanks again Bob and Lynn for such a nice stay.

  This is the best condo we have stayed at in nine years of coming to Panama City Beach. We loved everything about it. Including the beach chairs was a nice addition. We will be back.
