This is a great feature of Ocean Villa as it can save guests a lot of time during peak/busy times.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Villa
We established a family beach vacation tradition many years ago, and we soon realized that it was difficult to insure the quality of our accommodations. Resorts and rental agencies rarely reserve a specific unit, and on a few occasions we were a little surprised at what we found when we opened the door.
We then discovered that renting directly from an owner was a great solution. We were able to see pictures of the specific condo we wanted to rent, and we consistently rented much better quality accommodations for less money.
We eventually decided to apply our years of experience in real estate investing to a vacation condo as an owner and take the quality a level higher.
We take extreme pride in providing a beachfront vacation condo that is truly exceptional. We believe that vacation memories with family and friends are among the real treasures of life and nothing makes those memories more special than the right setting. That is why we selected a low density oceanfront condo rich in amenities and in an ideal location. We contracted the original builder to create a custom floor plan, and we challenged some of the areas top interior decorators to create a relaxing yet elegant decor that incorporates the latest in comfort and luxury. The thing we enjoy the most about our condo is sharing it with our family, especially our grandchildren. However, we also treasure "our beach time". Weather it is on the balcony on under an umbrella on the beach with something cool to drink, we never stop enjoying our our place right on the beach.

Owner's Map of Ocean Villa
Hi, we are Lynn and Bob, and we are both retired and enjoying life together. Our two sons were married and gone over 10 years ago. They have granted us three wonderful granddaughters and an equally wonderful grandson.
Lynn was and still is an exceptional homemaker and owned a successful vending company for a number of years after our nest was empty. Bob retired from Cummins Inc. after almost 32 years where he held a number of manufacturing engineering and information technology leadership postitions at Cummins' largest engine manufacturing facility and at Cummins World Headquarters in Columbus, Indiana.
We continue to have a home in Columbus Indiana and Panama City Beach. When possible we enjoy time with our family and traveling together. We are both still very "hands on" in caring for and running our homes inside and out. As a result we stay very active.and try to maintain a helathy life style. Neither of us have ever smoked and neither of our current homes have ever had pets in them.
We have enjoyed working as a team doing many home improvement projects over the years and still do today. We owned rental property in Columbus for over 30 years and a number of second homes in Panama CIty Beach fover the past 16 years.
We love our home town of Columbus and Panama City Beach. We have made wonderful family memories in both places, and we never get tired of watching both communites gorw and develop. They are both wonderful places.

We had a great relaxing week and absolutely loved everything about this condo! Close to everything, large balcony, beautifully decorated, floorplan and the view! Couldn't get over how beautiful the ocean water is here! One morning sitting on the balcony drinking coffee we watched dolphins swim by, priceless! The whole complex is very clean as is the condo, the elevators are fast and the people very friendly. The beach chairs are an added plus. We are already planning our vacation to stay here again next spring!!!

Very Clean/Beautifully Decorated/Beautiful Sunset Views/Spacious Condo! Clean and well maintained property. Office,Maintenance and Secuirty personnel on sight very pleasant and helpful too!! By Far our nicest stay in PCB.. Definitely recommend to all. Having exclusive use of your own beach chairs definitely a plus in my boook. The Condo was relaxing, clean, confortable, cozy, refreshing, beautiful view, I can't say enough about this great hot spot. The view from the balcony was out of this world. My family and I enjoyed every moment of our week. The condo provided all the conviences of a home away from home. The Ocean Villa was very well behaved and well kept. I felt safe and secure here.

I highly recommend this condo! We spent a week there and had a fabulous time. The furnishings and decorating of this condo are top notch. The construction and maintenance of the building and grounds are very nice as well. We never heard a sound from anyone beside, above, or below us ( I consider this a huge plus). Staff was nice and friendly when we would see them. They do make people obey the rules of the building (another plus for me). I loved the parking across the street with the walkway over the street. Beach chairs and umbrella included with rental ( another plus) This condo is a end unit which I also liked. The condo was spotless when we arrived, not a speck on any floor or spot on any of the dishes. The dishes and utensils by the way were very nice (not cheap Wal Mart stuff ). I loved the Bose Home Entertainment system and large television in the living room ( you usually don't see Bose systems in rentals). Good access to the beach from the pool area. We will definitly call Bob and Lynn again to stay there in the future. Thanks again Bob and Lynn for such a nice stay.

This condo is outstanding!!!!!!!! The location and the views from the balcony are wonderful!!!!! The kitchen had everything you needed -if you wanted to stay in and cook. If you prefer not to cook, it was within walking distance to several restaurants. The workers at the condo could not have been any sweeter - from the maintenance man to the security guards!!! We had a GREAT time!!!!!!
