Resorts and rental agencies rarely reserve a specific unit, and on a few occasions we were a little surprised at what we found when we opened the door. We then discovered that renting directly from an owner was a great solution. We were able to see pictures of the specific condo we wanted to rent, and we consistently rented much better accommodations for less money. We eventually decided to apply our years of experience in real estate investing to a vacation condo as an owner and take the quality a level higher. We take extreme pride in providing an oceanfront vacation condo that is truly exceptional. We believe that vacation memories with family and friends are among the real treasures of life and nothing makes those memories more special than the right setting. That is why we selected a low density oceanfront condo rich in amenities and in an ideal location. We contracted the original builder to create a custom floor plan, and we challenged some of the areas top interior decorators to create a relaxing yet elegant decor that incorporates the latest in comfort and luxury.
