Splash is located on Panama City Beach on the west end of Front Beach Drive, just 15 miles from the Panama City international airport. The renovation of Front Beach Road brings sidewalks, bike paths, tropical landscaping, and a public trolley system for transportation. You’ll find exhilarating attractions including museums, theaters, galleries, parks, restaurants, and chic retail shopping opportunities at the new Pier Park. You will love the fact that the west end of Panama City Beach is a little more quiet than the rest of the area, yet still close to everything.
Our WINDSONG end unit includes over 1550 square foot of living space, which is the most spacious of all the 2.5 bedroom floor plans at Splash. Both master suites and living area all give way to a massive 335 square foot balcony overlooking the Gulf, making this one of the most unique units at Splash. Only a few of these exclusive dual master suite units exist at SPLASH. The sleeping arrangements include two king bed master suites, a queen size pull out sleeper sofa, and a bunk area. A Pack n’ Play is stored in the unit for those vacationing with little ones. Our unit is conveniently located on the 12th floor (not too high or too low). Amenities in our condo unit include LCD TV’s in all rooms, WiFi internet access, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. You're sure to feel right at home.
So you have decided to book your vacation at SPLASH, WHY CHOOSE OUR UNIT???
1. THIS UNIT IS ONE OF VERY FEW THAT HAS INTERNET & WIFI IN THE ROOM. Most other units require you to go acorss the street to the lobby in the parking garage area to access WiFi internet.
2. WE HAVE FULL CABLE BOXES IN BOTH BEDROOMS & LIVING AREA. With other units you will be stuck with just 8 basic channels.
3. We have a NINTENDO WII in the unit with 2 controllers/nunchucks & 4 games (Wii Sports, Wii Play, Madden 08, Mario Party 8). Hey it keeps the kids busy while mom & dad are getting ready for dinner.
4. This is the largest and absolutely the most desirable 2.5BR/2BA floorplan at SPLASH. There are more than 5 different 2BR floorplans, most of which are small inside and on the balcomy. Actually, this condo is LARGER THAN MOST 3 BEDROOM units in Panama City Beach. Don't get stuck being cramped for space while on Vacation.

My family and I had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was absolutely beauiful. It had all the amenities that we wanted and you can tell that it has been well taken care of. I would highly recommend this property to others. The view was gorgeous and the condo was very convienent to the pool, beach, and elevators.The only downfall was that the city decided to close the beach for a restoration project during our stay. We kept moving further and further down onto other properies and finally had to miss the last day because we were not allowed on the beach at all. The crews worked at night and it was very loud and difficult to sleep. Even though this is not what we expected, we still had a great time.

This occurs very infrequently during the off season (once every 3 years). Unfortunately, Splash owners were not notified that this was going to occur for a couple of days during your week stay. While we are disappointed that we were unable to give you notice that this would occur, we are glad that the beach restoration project helps enhance PCB's world class beach quality in maintaining the coast and sugary white sand!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The family was very comfortable in this unit. The in-laws loved spending time on the balcony...great views, especially watching the fireworks. The kids had a blast at the pool, waterpark and beach. Searching for crabs on the beach at night was entertaining for kids and adults alike. Only thing keeping the experience from being 5 stars was the long waits for an elevator, which is unfortunately common to these high-rise condos. Took away some of the enjoyment waiting and sweating waiting to go to the beach or pool. Still, overall a very nice place to vacation.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I thoroughly enjoyed my week at this awesome condo! The view from each bedroom and the living room is spectacular, particularly as the sun sets over the Gulf each evening. The bedrooms were well-appointed and comfortable and the jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, in-suite laundry and HUGE balcony all helped make the trip more enjoyable and convenient. I highly recommend this condo to any couple or family looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Panama City Beach. You won't be disappointed!

We had a great time staying at your place this past August. Our kids absolutely loved the waterpark, pools, splash pad, arcade, etc and we enjoyed them all too. Can't imagine a better place to have taken our two young children. Your place is very well decorated and very convenient to many nice places to eat and Pier Park was just a short drive too. Just got back from a weeks stay at the "condo". Our vacation was great!!! The condo was clean, nicely decorated and exactly what you see in the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. It was great being able to see dolphins playing in the ocean from your balcony. The beach, the pools and the water area for kids were great! Our family is looking forward to going again next year! The condo was very roomy and with 2 bedrooms, everyone had plenty of privacy. We had some issues when we first got there, but Chris really put forth great effort to resovle them. He was great! Had a great view of the water from our balcony. We did alot of sunbathing there. Would recommend this condo to my friends.

This condo was wonderful. The view is spectacular, not to mention how large the balcony is. Very spacious with extremely comfortable beds. The condo is conveniently located in the building closest to the hot tub, water park, and game room which was a plus for the kids! Chris was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo unit and SPLASH to anyone.

This is a beautiful place to take your family. Everything was very clean and well kept. The view is spectacular and the two master bedrooms provide absolute privary. There are many things to do as well as just lay on the beach.
