Wife and I really enjoyed property so much, that we have rented it for 2014.The listing and photo's are very accurate! The property was very clean and well maintained! The onwer (Chris) was very easy to work with, always quick to response to any problems or questions! Would recommend to any one. Very good restaurants nearby and attractions. THANKS for a well kept condo! Has a new refrigerator and love seat. Really can't say enough!! Very nice!

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My family and I had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was absolutely beauiful. It had all the amenities that we wanted and you can tell that it has been well taken care of. I would highly recommend this property to others. The view was gorgeous and the condo was very convienent to the pool, beach, and elevators.The only downfall was that the city decided to close the beach for a restoration project during our stay. We kept moving further and further down onto other properies and finally had to miss the last day because we were not allowed on the beach at all. The crews worked at night and it was very loud and difficult to sleep. Even though this is not what we expected, we still had a great time.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Owner response: Thanks Bart, Glad you had a wonderful time. My apologies for the issues relating to the beach restoration the last couple of days of your stay. This occurs very infrequently during the off season (once every 3 years). Unfortunately, Splash owners were not notified that this was going to occur for a couple of days during your week stay. While we are disappointed that we were unable to give you notice that this would occur, we are glad that the beach restoration project helps enhance PCB's world class beach quality in maintaining the coast and sugary white sand!

Great family condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The family was very comfortable in this unit. The in-laws loved spending time on the balcony...great views, especially watching the fireworks. The kids had a blast at the pool, waterpark and beach. Searching for crabs on the beach at night was entertaining for kids and adults alike. Only thing keeping the experience from being 5 stars was the long waits for an elevator, which is unfortunately common to these high-rise condos. Took away some of the enjoyment waiting and sweating waiting to go to the beach or pool. Still, overall a very nice place to vacation.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

A relaxing getaway!

I thoroughly enjoyed my week at this awesome condo! The view from each bedroom and the living room is spectacular, particularly as the sun sets over the Gulf each evening. The bedrooms were well-appointed and comfortable and the jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, in-suite laundry and HUGE balcony all helped make the trip more enjoyable and convenient. I highly recommend this condo to any couple or family looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Panama City Beach. You won't be disappointed!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Just got back from a weeks stay at the "condo". Our vacation was great!!! The condo was clean, nicely decorated and exactly what you see in the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. It was great being able to see dolphins playing in the ocean from your balcony. The beach, the pools and the water area for kids were great! Our family is looking forward to going again next year! Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

We had a great time staying at your place this past August. Our kids absolutely loved the waterpark, pools, splash pad, arcade, etc and we enjoyed them all too. Can't imagine a better place to have taken our two young children. Your place is very well decorated and very convenient to many nice places to eat and Pier Park was just a short drive too. Thanks so much.

The condo was very roomy and with 2 bedrooms, everyone had plenty of privacy. We had some issues when we first got there, but Chris really put forth great effort to resovle them. He was great! Had a great view of the water from our balcony. We did alot of sunbathing there. Would recommend this condo to my friends.

Owner response: Wonderful guest! They found one of the furnishings to have damage upon arrival. Unable to repair, so I replaced it immediately.

We enjoyed your condo so-o-o much. It was everything we were looking for and truly "fun for the whole family". You made our vacation perfect and have spoiled us to the point that we won't go anywhere else. We visit PCB several times a year. Thanks again for sharing your condo.

This condo was wonderful. The view is spectacular, not to mention how large the balcony is. Very spacious with extremely comfortable beds. The condo is conveniently located in the building closest to the hot tub, water park, and game room which was a plus for the kids! Chris was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo unit and SPLASH to anyone.

The condo was fantastic! The amenities were more than we expected for the winter season. The kids all enjoyed the water park. Chris was excellent. I would definitely consider this unit again.

This is a beautiful place to take your family. Everything was very clean and well kept. The view is spectacular and the two master bedrooms provide absolute privary. There are many things to do as well as just lay on the beach.

EVERYTHING about this rental and owner was wonderful. Plenty of things for kids to do. Shade and sun on the pools. Plenty of room in condo and most comfortable beds ever. NO noise from others. Beautiful view from extra large balcony. The best place we have every, every stayed. Thanks so much.

We had a wonderful time at "Splash"!! The condominium is beautiful and the floor plan is the absolute best! My family would recommend this condo to anyone, the 12th floor allows you an excellent view of the beach & Gulf. The furniture is great with extremely high quality bedding, which is very important after a day at "Splash." Also, the location is perfect whether going the few minutes into PC Beach, or traveling to 30-A or Sandestin (less than 30 minutes.) There are many new restaurants in PC Beach (Firefly & Saltwater Grill were great) and the new Pier Park is just down the street. To say we're happy with our experience is an understatement, and Chris (the owner) was great to work with!!

I loved this place besides.. some things went wrong like a big storm came in and my niese splip her toe open but.. the condo was wonderful. We had great service and we had a wonderful time. It was a great place to gather with our family.

This is a wonderful unit and condo complex. My daughter loved the beach and the many pools. The unit was more than I expected. This was one of the best vacations in Forida we have had. I would definitely stay at this complex and in this unit again

We had a lovely time at Splash,lovely condo, beautiful view and so much for the children to do in the water park and movies and game room. The beach was lovely as well as the weather. Would do it all over again!

We stayed at this condo the week of March 25th and had a wonderful time. The kids loved the waterpark area and the condo unit was spectacular. It had everything we needed and more. It didn't hurt the weather was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.
