This is the newest condo in The Village at Bear Trap Dunes and has every upgrade available - from hardwood floors, to granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Our beautifully decorated home has three bedrooms, two baths and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you would need for a family of six. Each of the three bedrooms has cable TV and two have DVD players. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a porch that looks out to the clubhouse and the pool. The living room has a flat screen, a DVD player, and fireplace. The dining room seats six and the screened-in porch and deck in the back look out to the 1st tee of the 27 hole championship golf course.
There are a number of wonderful restaurants in Ocean View and many more in nearby Bethany Beach and Rehobeth. Rehobeth also has a number of outlet malls where shoppers can take advantage of tax-free shopping!
