This is the newest condo in The Village at Bear Trap Dunes and has every upgrade available - from hardwood floors, to granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is steps away from the Clubhouse which has a pro shop and a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a driving range and our unit is right off the 1st tee of the 27 hole championship golf course.
Less than a block away is the Pavilion with five soft surface tennis courts, one of the two Olympic-size outdoor pools, a basketball court, an indoor pool, hot tub, and a fitness center with a weight room. During the summer Bear Trap has a complimentary shuttle that will take you to and from the beach.
Our beautifully decorated home has three bedrooms, two baths and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you would need for a family of six. Each of the three bedrooms has cable TV and two have DVD players. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a porch that looks out to the clubhouse and the pool. The living room has a flat screen, a DVD player, and fireplace. The dining room seats six and the screened-in porch and deck in the back look out to the 1st tee of the 27 hole championship golf course. When you arrive your beds will be made with fresh clean linens - no need to bring your own with you. We also provide bath towels for your entire family.
There are a number of wonderful restaurants in Ocean View and many more in nearby Bethany Beach and Rehobeth. Rehobeth also has a number of outlet malls where shoppers can take advantage of tax-free shopping! You will find a book in the unit with menus as well as information regarding other attractions.
Bear Trap is a wonderful vacation spot as it has something for everyone - golf, swimming, the beach, pools, tennis, biking, fishing, kayaking, shopping and dining - or just the right spot when you just want to get away and relax!

This is our second visit to BTD. This villa and location was perfect! We had our kids from DC, parents from CT and we came from NJ. Lots of golf, tennis, bike riding. The villa is lovely, very comfortabl;e and spacious for a family of six. As I write in this guestbook, I am having my coffee on the back porch, listening to the "ping" of the golf balls as the golfers are teeing off on the first hole. We would definitely consider this villa again, we had a wonderful time.

What an awesome plave to spend New Years! We had a great time watching the Ravens game in front of the cozy fire. Bear Trap is such a fun and relaxing community to vacation, it's a great place - even during the winter! The condo is decorated just right and feels like home to our family. Amazing! I was so excied to getaway for the weekend that I would have been happy just about anywhere. Little did I know that I was going to be staying at such a luxurious place. Had a fantastic stay! Great area for the family. Shuttle service was perfect for getting in and out of Bethany! The condo is very warm and cozy with the feel of our own home. Oh...the golf...wonderful! Looking forward to returning. Bear Trap and this condo are well worth the visit.

Pictures don't do it justice! It felt more like we were staying in a luxury hotel suite. GREAT beds, super fluffy towels, all the little touches that "say comfort" and beautifully decorated on top of it all. Location in the community could not be more convienent to EVERYTHING.
