I stayed in this unit on a quick last minute trip with my parents and two daughters and had an awesome time! The condo was everything it was advertised to be and more. One could absolutely live on the big oceanfront balcony! The furnishings were beautiful and exactly as pictured. Everything was clean, clean, clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and accommodating. The property itself was just as clean and accommodating. We were traveling the end of December and the weather was windy and chilly, but the oceanfront indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub was the perfect escape - very warm and relaxing. The property location was ideal. There was plenty to do within walking distance and even more just a short drive away. The owner of this unit could not have been nicer! She was a pure joy to rent from. She provided all information up front - there wasn't anything she failed to tell us about. Even things we wouldn't have thought about, she covered and sent to us before our vacation. We made last minute plans, but she was always easy to reach and/or quick to respond, providing all details and processing our payment in a very timely manner to get us on our way quickly. We would definitely stay here again...and again...and again! Karen, thanks so much for everything you did to make our vacation wonderful!

The view is fantastic, the location is great, and the family loved it. Mid week my 4 year old grandson said he wanted to stay longer. He now keeps asking when we are going back to our beach. The condo is great and the owners are even better than that. Thanks for sharing with us.

We really enjoyed our summer vacation to Panama City Beach. Most of our evenings were spent on the large balcony of the condo because the view is absolutely beautiful! The inside of the condo was also spacious and beautifully decorated. Beach access was also very easy; just a short elevator ride down!!!The location also gave us the ability to be centrally located to many activity places (putt-putt golf, movie theater, and Ripley's), great restaurants and several shopping options (including Pier Park). We definitely are looking forward to our stay again this summer!! For people looking to rent: book now they are filling up quickly!!!
Owner response:We love our visitors from Texas! With Southwest Airlines flying into PCB, it makes the trip to the whitest and cleanest sand in the world easy and affordable. We continually update our units and are happy to announce that new carpet has been installed in the bedrooms. We think everyone is really going to love the new look. We chose this complex because of its small size (125 units total), central location and easy access to the beach. We knew once you came to visit, you would not want to leave! We are excited to welcome you back this summer!!

What a place! As if the view from the balcony wasn't enough the condo has great furnishings, tile floors in the living areas and new carpeted bedrooms. And very clean to boot. We liked to eat on the balcony when we were not visiting one of the many eating places in walking distance. There are all kinds of fun things to do in walking distance too. The owners are easy to deal with and even have another condo in this resort that we enjoyed in June of this year. It's just as terrific as this one but has a more "comfy downhome feeling". One thing for sure, we'll be back as often as we can.
Owner response:We knew you would love this unit, too! Words and pictures just can't begin to describe the view from the balcony!! When we get a chance to go to one of the condos, all of our down time, including our meals, is spent out on the balcony relaxing and taking in the view, sounds, and smells of the ocean.
