Located on the quiet, north-end of Fort Myers Beach next to the Pink Shell Resort, this top-floor condominium is a short walk or trolley ride to the restaurants and attractions of the Times Square area.
Jet skiing and other water sport rentals are available just footsteps away. For quieter times, you may just relax by the condominium's private pool or enjoy the serenity of Bowditch Point Park, a short walk away.
In addition to the outstanding views from the top floor, there are many amenities. The condominium will comfortably sleep six guests. The master suite has a king size bed, full bath, and access to the lanai overlooking the Gulf. The second bedroom has two full-size beds accommodating four guests. There is a second full bath and a laundry room with washer/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and a large refrigerator with an ice-maker. The dining room comfortably seats six and there are three color TVs with cable access and a DVD player.
There is not a better place to stay on the beach. Close to the action if you want it, yet close to the serenity if that is your desire. All in all, a perfect place to vacation.
