This condo has recently been remodeled in 2006 and offers one of the best views on the lake. This family owned condo is cherished and well taken care of.
As you enter condo #322, you will be happy to find this unit is on the main floor. There will be no stairs to climb up or down so it is great for senior citizens, children, and any couple just looking for some R&R. A new screen door has been installed on the front porch to let in the cool summer breeze. This condo features a hip, contemporary setting, with features that really pop! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home including a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked so leave all utensils and appliances at home. There is hardwood laminate throughout the kitchen, bath, and foyer and berber carpet in the bedrooms and living room.
In the remodel of 2006, six paneled doors, crown molding, fresh paint, and new furniture was added. There is an open floor plan with the bar and kitchen overlooking the living room (with a fireplace)and balcony. A gas grill is on the balcony for entertaining.
