Located on the edge of the Princeville Bluffs, Ali’i Kai is an oceanfront paradise. This top floor, end-unit, end-of-the-road location offers full ocean views so that you may enjoy nature's bounty as the sea life passes gently by... Directly below the unit is "turtle reef", a protected sanctuary where sea turtles and dolphins can often be seen floating by on the gentle swells. Just a bit further out, are the breeding grounds for the Majestic Humpback Whales, as they journey south from Alaska each year and visit our North Shore.
