Enjoy all of the winter or summer fun that Winter Park has to offer in this recently upgraded, nicely remodeled 2 bed/2 bath condo. We provide our guests with all the comforts of home including free high speed internet, linens, hairdryers, soap, high-chair, TV/DVD/CD player, pack-n-play and a well stocked kitchen.
The unit sleeps six comfortably with a king bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The spacious kitchen/family room area has a deck facing west and features a queen sleeper and a stone fireplace.
After a day of skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking or shopping, you can relax in the two indoor hot tubs, pool and sauna.
Winter Park Resort is a ten-minute free shuttle ride or a five minute drive from the building, and town is within walking distance. The free shuttle bus runs throughout the Winter Park/Fraser area and picks up at the front door. The building offers garage parking.
As private owners, we take pride in offering a clean and very comfortable "home away from home" for our guests. We are an active family of four and think Winter Park and the Fraser Valley offer the best of the Colorado high country. We enjoy skiing, hiking, mountain biking and the stores and restaurants in town. We try to spend as much time in Winter Park as possible and love for our guests to experience the same joy that we do when visiting the Colorado mountains!
Why the Owner Chose Silverado II
When Intrawest started making it's mark in Winter Park we knew that we wanted to invest in the area. We needed a two bedroom place with a good location and Silverado II offered that. We enjoy the proximity to town and the ski area. The garage parking, pool, hot tubs, game room, ski rental/gift shop and restaurant were all bonuses that helped secure our decision to purchase in Silverado II.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We really enjoy the overall family friendliness of Silverado II. The pool is just a short walk downstairs and is great for kids and the playground in nearby Wolf Park is a place we visit often. We love to walk in to town for breakfast or lunch and hit the nearby trails for a hike with our kids and dog.
