House number is 5124. Our house is located on a quiet, wide street. This is a safe place for children to ride their bikes or scooters. The kitchen is furnished. Extra sleeping space is available by simply unfolding a queen-size sofa. Both bedrooms also have cable TV.
The drive is all concrete. Plenty of parking space. The front porch is covered and has a table and chairs. A gas grill is available in the building. The house is in a family friendly atmosphere.
Features include 24 hour security and trash pick up.
We do not have a golf cart at this house.
Renters must be at least 21 years of age.
We only rent to family-oriented guests. Please do not inquire if you are in high school or college looking for spring break or senior week.
Your family will enjoy this house for your summer vacation.

Thank you for allowing us to use your home during our stay at ocean lakes. The house was exactly what we were looking for, our two young sons enjoyed riding their bikes on this quiet street. Will definitely be renting from you all again in the future!!! Thanks again!
