This second floor one bedroom condominium has a central air/heating system and private balcony overlooking Daytona Beach. The bedroom has two queen beds and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen area has a full-size refrigerator, a built-in two burner stovetop, a microwave, and a toaster oven. There are two televisions, one having a DVD/VCR player. Two full closets, a dresser and armoire allow for plenty of personal storage.
The Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center is home to the condominium. The Resort has two large outdoor heated pools, a heated kiddy pool with two large mushroom waterfalls, an indoor restaurant/bar, and a full service poolside Tiki bar. When its too cold outside, there is a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, and state of the art workout room, There is 24 Hour Security on premise at all times with front desk that is manned 24/7. The Resort is located at the northern end of Daytona Beach and is directly across the street from the Belle Aire Plaza which provides the availability of most every need for vacation necessities, including groceries, clothing, pharmaceuticals, a variety of restaurants, and even a bowling alley for those very infrequent rainy days.
There is undercover parking to protect you from inclement weather. There are coin operated laundry facilities if they are needed. Ice machines are located on each floor and there are elevators that are located at either end of the facility.
Beautiful Ponce Inlet is 20 minutes away to the south on A1A. Orlando is 1 hour away on I-4 to the West, and Historic St. Augustine is one hour to the north on A1A.

I took my mom and girls to the condo for a "girls trip". This is a yearly trip to Daytona but this is the first time we didn't stay in a hotel. The resort in general was much nicer than any of the resorts we have stayed in and has all the amenities for a great stay. The condo definately lives up to the pictures and descriptions. The balcony view of the ocean is totally unobstructed. No palm trees blocking the view as some of the other condos. The beach chairs and boogie boards were so convenient and saved us from having to pack our own. The condo had everything we needed, Basically we just had to show up with our clothes, about everything else we could have thought of was already there. The owner was so helpful and easy to contact while setting up this trip as well as after we got there. I have already been recommending this condo to family and friends. This condo/vacation was so awesome, we want to do the same next year.

MY FAMILY AND I WE VERY PLEASED WITH THE CONDO IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND IN A GREAT LOCATION THE OWNERS ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO MY EMAILS. THE CONDO HAD BEACH TOYS (CHAIR BOOGIE BOARDS SAND TOYS ETC..) WHICH WAS VERY NICE. I WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

This was a great condo! We loved staying there. Very clean and lots of extras. The pools were great and the beach of course is clean and nice. Owners are very nice and great to deal with. We will be back!

Great place! Owners are very nice and easy to work with. Excellent communication. They provided some nice extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, and floats. Condo was clean, balcony was beautiful, the resort has nice amenities, and the location was perfect. We hope to be back.

The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. Highlights include the balcony overlooking the ocean and the kitchen to make your own breakfasts. I would stay here again on my next visit!
