  We really enjoyed our week long stay in this condo. It was comfortable, clean and well maintained. It had lots of extras such as beach chairs, beach towels, stroller, portable crib and beach toys which the kids loved. The view from the balcony was awesome! We really enjoyed the beach, pools and hot tubs. The owner was very nice and great to work with and always responded quickly to any questions. This is a beautiful condo and resort. We would definitely rent this condo again and would recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for sharing your condo with us it truly was wonderful!

  We had a wonderful time at the condo and found Cathy's unit to be very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with the essentials (and extras like pool floats, etc). The pools and public areas were also very well kept. With 2 young children, I had been concerned about traffic on the beach, but this location was much quieter than down closer to the boardwalk, and traffic was minimal-not much of an issue. Cathy was very accessible with any questions we had. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The only negative side we experienced was quite a large crowd at the pool on the initial weekend--it a big place. But by Sunday afternoon, it was much quieter, with plenty of poolside chairs and tables, and throughout the week, it really didn't feel too big. Convenient location--Publix and Denny across the street. Several restaurant close.

  Loved my short stay at your condo..wish I could have been there longer. As usual the actual resort was clean and friendly. All pool/hot tubs and wi-fi worked great. When I 1ST walked in could tell condo was clean and well kept. Extra items such as dvd player and toys for my nephew were above and beyond. Last time I stayed at the resort I rented from another and I had to bring many items with me. This condo had blender/toaster/dvd player and for my visit there was actually some bottled water waiting for me in the fridge. For those who have not been to this resort there is a Denny's and Publix straight across the street so you dont waste beach time looking for something to eat. Thanks so much for sharing your condo!

  We had an excellent time at this resort. The condo was just like in the picture and the resort was a wonderful place for a family vacation. The condo was fully stocked with everything you need and more. We loved everything about this resort and condo. The location was the best,...close to everything. We found all the best stores and best restaurants within walking distance. The owners were great with communicating to us and keeping us updated with our stay. They were very easy to work with. We give this a five star rating and look forward to going back next year.

  I would recommend this condo to anyone. My husband and I rented it and loved it. My 3 Grandchildren were staying in another condo with only 2 queen beds, so one of them stayed with us on the sleeper sofa each night. They had thought of everything that you could possibly need. There were sand toys, pool toys and boggie boards for the kids. That saved us alot of money not having to buy those things and we were flying so we couldn't fit that into our luggage. They had a DVR with kids movies. I love the door to the bedroom, so you could have two things going on at once. The view from the private balcony was great. The last three days we were there, we saw dolphins every morning jumping out of the water. You could hear people in the hall outside the door if they walked by, but other than that we never heard anyone next to us at all and both sides had people in them. Very quiet and peaceful. My husband does not like to travel, but he said that he would rent this same condo again. The price was more than the studios, but worth it. It was much roomier than the studios were. Thanks to Tom and Cathy for such a great place.

  I took my mom and girls to the condo for a "girls trip". This is a yearly trip to Daytona but this is the first time we didn't stay in a hotel. The resort in general was much nicer than any of the resorts we have stayed in and has all the amenities for a great stay. The condo definately lives up to the pictures and descriptions. The balcony view of the ocean is totally unobstructed. No palm trees blocking the view as some of the other condos. The beach chairs and boogie boards were so convenient and saved us from having to pack our own. The condo had everything we needed, Basically we just had to show up with our clothes, about everything else we could have thought of was already there. The owner was so helpful and easy to contact while setting up this trip as well as after we got there. I have already been recommending this condo to family and friends. This condo/vacation was so awesome, we want to do the same next year.

  MY FAMILY AND I WE VERY PLEASED WITH THE CONDO IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND IN A GREAT LOCATION THE OWNERS ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO MY EMAILS. THE CONDO HAD BEACH TOYS (CHAIR BOOGIE BOARDS SAND TOYS ETC..) WHICH WAS VERY NICE. I WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

  This was a great condo! We loved staying there. Very clean and lots of extras. The pools were great and the beach of course is clean and nice. Owners are very nice and great to deal with. We will be back!

  Great place! Owners are very nice and easy to work with. Excellent communication. They provided some nice extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, and floats. Condo was clean, balcony was beautiful, the resort has nice amenities, and the location was perfect. We hope to be back.

  The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. Highlights include the balcony overlooking the ocean and the kitchen to make your own breakfasts. I would stay here again on my next visit!

RENTAL POLICY - UNIT 213 Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center 2700 N. Atlantic Ave. Daytona Beach, Florida Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 p.m. Your name will be with the Front Desk for Room 213, and you will be required to present identification and a credit card. The credit card is necessary in case the phone system is used to make outside calls, or if there is damage done to any common areas within the property, or you choose to charge food and beverage to your room. Room phones can be used for calls within the hotel without charge, and any incoming calls are free. We highly suggest you use a cell phone for outside phone calls. There is an unusually high fee for making outside calls from the room phones. You will also be given a parking pass for your vehicle. It will be dated to accommodate your reservation period. There is garage parking available. As you come up the entry ramp and make the first turn, you will be at the second floor level. During check in, the front desk should supply you with “common area” key cards that will be needed to access the building from the parking garage, enter the laundry rooms, workout room, and also reenter the facility from the beach area. Please be certain to obtain these key cards from the front desk at the time you check in. These key cards will not be the means of entry for the unit itself. Entry to unit 213 is done via a keypad numerical entry. The proper entry code for your stay will be provided to you prior to your check-in date along with a confirmation number All the furnishings and items in the unit are owned by Cathy Ostermann, including the towels and linens. There are sufficient towels for a week for four people (unless other arrangements have been made for additional occupants) with normal use. As they are used, please place them in the hamper provided in the bedroom. If you run out of towels before the end of your stay there is laundry room on the floor. We have pool towels in the condo. Please be certain to return them to the room. They are not cheap to replace. On the day of your arrival please look around and insure that there is nothing damaged. If there is any damage please call as soon as possible so that you are not charged (630-965-1905). Upon completion of your stay, the room will be inspected and cleaned for our next guests. Your damage deposit check will be returned via U.S. mail. If per chance, during your stay, there is an accident and damage does occur, it would be greatly appreciated if you let us know immediately so if there is a need to either repair or replace something, we can be prepared for it prior to your departure so as not to cause any undo delays for an awaiting guest.
