This brand new vacation home was built in 2005 (2,010 sq ft) on the beautiful sandy beach of Lake Michigan (no rocks or unsafe drop-offs). Facing the west (beach) is a multi-story wall of glass providing beautiful sunset views of Lake Michigan whether you are on the deck, in the living room/kitchen or from a bird's eye view from the loft! This home has one master suite with full bath, another bedroom and full bath, and beautiful pine ceiling loft with skylights and four single beds and TV viewing area. All furniture and appliances are brand new!
Most activities are centered on the beach, from horseshoes, volleyball, kayaking and evening beach fires. In addition to long sandy walks to the south, by heading north you will quickly reach the secluded beaches and forests of Wilderness State Park. In the winter, enjoy snowshoeing, cross country skiing around the house and downhill skiing at Nub's Nob and Boyne Mountain (within 30 min drive)
